Introduction Turkish Bath Experiences in Turkey

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
Turkish bath, also known as Hamam, is a unique bathing culture in Turkey that has a history of thousands of years and provides tourists with a unique and unforgettable experience. Turkish baths are usually built of stone, with beautifully decorated interiors full of oriental flavor. The temperature inside the bathroom is extremely high, making people sweat profusely, just like a sauna. There are stone benches around the bathroom, and in the middle is a marble platform about half a meter high, known as the "belly stone". This stone is heated internally and maintained at around 40°C. Lying on it can soothe the meridians throughout the body. Here, tourists can not only enjoy a comfortable bathing environment, professional massage and bathing services, but also make new friends, taste delicious food, and feel the local cultural atmosphere.

A Quiet Escape at IGA Lounge – Istanbul Airport

#celebrateit If you're traveling through the bustling Istanbul Airport, the IGA Lounge is a perfect place to relax and unwind. While the airport can be chaotic, this lounge offers a peaceful, spacious retreat. It’s the ideal spot to escape the noise and enjoy a bit of comfort before your flight. The lounge is impressively quiet and spacious, allowing travelers to truly stretch out and enjoy their time. The atmosphere is calm, making it easy to relax or catch up on work. The food offerings are diverse and delightful, featuring everything from savory meals to sweet treats. I particularly enjoyed the rich, moist pound cake and the buttery, melt-in-your-mouth cookies – a great way to satisfy any craving. **Reasons to Visit:** - Quiet, spacious atmosphere to relax away from the crowd. - Delicious food selection, especially their cakes and cookies. 📍Address: Istanbul Airport, Istanbul, Turkey #Istanbul #Turkey

Quite good

I would say this is a decent plaza premium lounge, it’s one of the few that really stands out in the oneworld network. The à la carte dining experience is top-notch, and the views of the airport are fantastic—you can watch the airplanes as you relax. I’ve visited several times, and the only downside is that I haven’t been able to book a spa treatment yet; it seems to be not in the business hours or has a long waiting time. I’m hoping to try the spa on my next visit. Overall, it’s an outstanding lounge experience and highly recommended for those with access. #favouriteairline #turkish #familytravel

Elevated Serenity: Istanbul's old Symphony

#wheretogo Ascending to new heights, the solo traveler ventured from the calming embrace of Karaköy Sahil Park to the majestic perch of Haliç Metro Köprüsü, the Golden Horn Bridge. From this vantage point, a breathtaking panorama unfolded, revealing the timeless beauty of Istanbul. Mesmerized by the dance of cruise ships on the shimmering waters of the Bosphorus, the traveler felt a profound connection with the city's maritime spirit. As the gentle breeze tousled his hair, he marveled at the juxtaposition of modernity and tradition, symbolized by the bustling cruise ships against the historic backdrop. The bridge, an architectural marvel, served not only as a crossing but as a gateway to contemplation. With each passing vessel, the solo sojourner absorbed the harmonious convergence of history and progress, etching an unforgettable chapter into the pages of his travelogue. The Golden Horn Bridge, a testament to Istanbul's allure, provided a poetic moment of reflection suspended between sky and sea. Location: Golden Horn Bridge (Haliç Metro Köprüsü)

Are you a park-lover?

I went to Maçka Demokrasi Parkı this afternoon, for a walk and enjoy the sunshine. Not surprisingly, many people - old and young, natives or foreigners, girls and boys, cats and dogs - are doing the same. If you have time and the weather is permitted, why not go to the park? Istanbul 4 Days Travel Guide

Istanbul 4 Days Travel Guide

My recommendations for Istanbul. Get a ferry, and have a nice Bosphorus tour, try very popular Hafiz Mustafa sweets! Also if you want to eat traditional food, you would need to go to the places with “tarihi” (ancient/old) word. Such places have be open 100-200, and more years, and often high quality! Additionally for the walk I would recommend Bebek, Rumeli hisari, Macka! If you have time, visiting princes’ islands is must have!
