World Class Sunset @ Tg Aru Beach, KK

One of the great joys of Kota Kinabalu are the fabulous sunsets. And Tanjung Aru Beach has one of the most beautiful sunset views in the world. This beach used to be a quiet beach visited mostly by locals only. Not until 2014, a blog listed Kota Kinabalu city as one of the world’s best place to watch sunset. Since then, the beach is frequented by tourists every day and their exciting reactions confirm that the sunset here is truly spectacular ✨ There was a real feel-good atmosphere here with locals and tourists enjoying the breathtaking golden sunset. Take a camera, chill & enjoy! #sabah #kkcity #sunset

Nana Dessert Cafe

#kotakinabalutrip Good service. Had the Injeolmi Pat Bingsu RM16.90, Mocha RM12, Osmanthus Latte RM14, Matcha Pistachio Cake RM18. Wish the bingsu bowl a bit bigger d. Taste nice. Prefers the Osmanthus Latte compared to Mocha. Matcha Pistachio cake lacks matcha taste but was moist. It was crowded at 4PM and our table was unstable. Recommended ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Mount Kinabalu is the tallest mountain in Malaysia. The summit, Low's Peak, sits at 4095.2 meters (13,435 feet) above sea level. The mountain is located in the state of Sabah, East Malaysia on the island of Borneo. Among the mountains in Malaysia, it is the most prominent. Mount Kinabalu is one of the highest mountains in Southeast Asia. It is also the 20th tallest mountain in the world by topographic prominence and is one of the highest peaks in the world that is easily trekked by most people. Before Covid-19 pandemic, there were 185 climbing permits issued daily by Sabah Parks (Sabahan 10 pax, Malaysian 25 pax, Malaysian and/or International 150 pax). This is for safety reasons, so they could help to oversee on climbers’ safety upon ascending to Low’s Peak summit in total darkness. It is also to ensure the summit climb is not overcrowded by climbers. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, there are now only 150 climbing permits issued daily by Sabah Parks as of 23 October 2021. #grouptravel

Island Hopping @ Kota Kinabalu

Island Hopping @ Kota Kinabalu

Name of Place:Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal Location: Jalan Haji Saman, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Operating Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily After my breakfast at Hilton Kota Kinabalu, I was researching on what to do next when I then heard from the staff member that island hopping is one of the must do when visiting Kota Kinabalu. With that information in hand I took a grab from Hilton to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal it cost me under 10 Rm. Once there I went to the many tour desks offering day trips to the 3 major islands nearby and some other diving trips. I was keen on heading out for only a half-day trip so was looking for a nearby island to visit with clear blue waters. I noticed that the tour agencies here are not pushy to sell and the base fare to go to all the islands was the same. I paid 35 Rm for the return boat ride and another 20 Rm for the life jacket and snorkeling mask. It was super worth it.

Address - Hilton Hotel, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Asia City, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Ambiance/Facilities - The facilities are fascinating. With the chandelier at the lobby making it look luxurious. Not to forget the staggering washroom. Refer picture: 2. The Luxurious Lobby 3. The Elegant Reception Counter 5. The Washroom Highlights - There's a small cafe that sells slices of cakes with coffee and other drinks. The spotlight here is the outstanding ballroom with amazing dishes. Photos: 6. Former Sabah Chief Minister giving a speech at the ballroom stage. 7. One of the sets menu 8-15. The Equisite Dishes Rating - I would say that the food here is 4/5 because of the small portion. #awesomepic #dinner #elegant #stylish

Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park

#malaysiatrip Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park consists of 5 islands, Gaya, Sapi, Manukan, Mamutik and Sapi, each with their individual speciality. We visited Manukan, the second largest and most developed one with resorts and restaurants. It has area for snorkeling even though not as nice as Sapi and Mamutik but the sea water is still crystal clear. There is monitor lizard wandering around the island looking for leftover food, they wont attack human unless they are provoked.
