Harry Potter Tour 🧙🏻 at Edinburgh, Scotland

#mytripvlog Visiting Edinburgh is incomplete without the magical Harry Potter tour and the exciting sites that inspired J.K. Rowling's best-selling Harry Potter books. There are so many Harry Potter attractions, that you could easily spend half a day exploring them all by yourself. Some of the places we visited were: ⭐️ Greyfriars Kirkyard, where Lord Voldemort is buried ⭐️ The Elephant House cafe where J.K. Rowling wrote most of her books ⭐️ Diagon Alley and Quidditch at Victoria Street You can also visit the Hogwarts school, JK Rowling’s golden handprints outside the City Chambers, etc. #edinburgh #tripblazers #wanderlust #harrypotter

#timetotravel My visit to the Scott Monument in the UK was a soaring tribute to literature and history. Towering over Princes Street in Edinburgh, this intricate Victorian Gothic monument welcomed me with its impressive spires and intricate carvings. As I ascended its narrow spiral staircase, the panoramic views of the city from the top offered a breathtaking reward for the climb. The monument's central location in Edinburgh's city center made it an iconic landmark and a symbol of Scottish literature, dedicated to the famous author Sir Walter Scott. Sometimes known as the pearl of Lake Garda, the town of Sirmione was probably one of the most beautiful places we stopped at on the way to the Dolomites. ⁣ ⁣ The old castle walls make the entrance to the city pretty magical, but the streets are just as charming. At the far end of the peninsula you’ll also find the ruins of an old Roman villa, as well as a great place to swim.⁣ ⁣ It’s not a place we’d come across much before we went so definitely one we’d recommend adding to the list for future travels! #themepark#nationalpark#lakes#beaches

#timetotravel This is a medieval town that was used as a filming location of Outlander as a Cranesmuir Village. Seeing it in person really gives me flashbacks of the scence on the TV series Outlander. Just like what I have mentioned in my earlier post, it is one of my bucket list as I aim to go to all the filming locations of Otlander in Scotland. What a surreal experience as I am a big fan of Outlender. So cool! This little town of Culross is just fun to wander around. Super loved it! #mytripvlog #tripblazers #scotland #uk

A short walk away is the Grassmarket, an area steeped in the city's colourful history. At the top of the street you will come to the famous Edinburgh Castle. On the street itself you will be able to buy some goods such as fudge, scarves, tartan and kilts. You will likely hear some traditional Scottish bagpipes playing too.
