Introduction Sunrise in Siem Reap

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
The sunrise in Siem Reap is a gentle prelude to the interweaving of the remains of the Angkor Dynasty and modern travel memories. It slowly unveils the mysterious veil of the ancient land of Southeast Asia in an almost sacred manner. Standing on the top of Bayon Temple or on the wall of Angkor Thom, a breathtaking picture unfolds before your eyes: the sky gradually turns white, the mountains in the distance are looming in the morning light, and the nearby Angkor ruins are more simple and solemn under the reflection of the sunrise. Every stone and every mark seems to be telling a thousand-year story, weaving a dialogue across time and space with this new sunlight. In the glory of the sunrise, people can feel the magic and greatness of nature, and also experience the thickness and vicissitudes of history. This quiet and passionate atmosphere is unforgettable.

Horseback Riding

One of the best things we did in Siem Reap is Horseback Riding. It was our first time, so we are nervous and feels intense about it. The tour guides were so helpful, chill, and supportive and they are also well trained in taking care or the horses. We tour the city of Siem Reap for 1 hour and it was all worth it. We had a meaning conversation with the tour guide, it helps us calm while riding the horse. It was an unforgettable experience as a couple and Happy Ranch Horse Farm made it possible. Another check in our bucket list. #FilipinoInSiemReap #HorseBackRiding #SiemReapTrip #CoupleGoals #urbanexplorer #awesomepic # #mytripvlog#couplestrip

Cambodia Plans Visa-Free Entry for Chinese Tourists by 2025

Cambodia Plans Visa-Free Entry for Chinese Tourists by 2025

Cambodia is considering offering visa-free entry to tourists from mainland China and Hong Kong, with details still being finalized. The announcement is expected in early 2025. If successful, Cambodia will join neighboring countries like Singapore and Thailand, which have already introduced visa-free policies for Chinese tourists earlier this year. Currently, holders of diplomatic and official passports from China and Cambodia can enter each other's countries without a visa for up to 30 days. However, tourists with regular Chinese passports need to apply for a visa before entering Cambodia. There are several ways to obtain a Cambodian visa: 1. Visa on Arrival: Tourists can apply for a visa at airports and land borders. A 30-day tourist visa costs $30, while a business visa that can be extended costs $35. 2. Consulate Visa: Chinese citizens can apply for a single-entry, 3-month valid, 30-day stay tourist or regular visa at Cambodian consulates in China. They can also apply for 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year multiple-entry tourist or regular visas. 3. E-Visa: An e-visa can be applied for through Cambodia's official website, costing $36 for a tourist visa and $42 for a business visa. It is valid for 90 days from the approval date, allowing a 30-day stay upon entry. Cambodia is also upgrading and streamlining its visa process to make entry smoother for tourists. The traditional paper entry card is being phased out in favor of a new electronic entry card that integrates with the e-visa. Stay tuned for a detailed application guide in the next post! #OutboundTravel #InternationalTravel #VisaFree #Cambodia #AngkorWat #SiemReap

Cambodia Siem Reap | Angkor Wat, a must-visit in this lifetime ||| 🇰🇭

Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia, is famous for its magnificent architecture and detailed reliefs. It is the heart and soul of Cambodia, the birthplace of Khmer civilization and the source of national pride. Angkor Wat is the largest temple in the world and one of the seven wonders of the world. There are more than 600 monuments of various sizes scattered here. Generally, it is recommended to go to Angkor Wat for three days, including the small circle, the big circle, and the outer circle, which fully covers the most important points in the Angkor monuments. . 【Three-day itinerary】 ❶Small circle Angkor Thom - Bayon Temple - Bafang Temple - Idol Terrace - Sky Palace - War Elephant Steps - Lai King Steps - Tomanon Temple - Zhousa Temple - Tea Rubber Temple - Ta Prohm Temple - Bakken Mountain ❷ big circle Little Angkor - Holy Sword Temple - Taxun Temple - Longpan Pool - Dongmeiben Temple - Royal Baths - Biri Temple ❸ Outer ring Roluos Group - Queen's Palace - Beng Mealie . 📸 Some of my favorite spots 1⃣️Little Angkor: The best place to watch the sunrise is the best preserved temple building in the entire Angkor ruins. 2⃣️Bayon Temple: What is hidden in the Khmer smile? You have to be there to experience it. 3⃣️Tablon Temple: It is the temple built by Jayavarman VII to commemorate his mother, and it is also the filming location of "Tomb Raider". 4⃣️Bakken Mountain: The best place to watch the sunset. The sunset in Bakken Mountain is limited to people. It is recommended to go there early. 5⃣️Queen's Palace: Famous for its gorgeous colors and exquisite reliefs, it is the "Pearl of Angkor Monuments" and "Diamond of Angkor Art". 6⃣️Beng Mi Lie: The dilapidated beauty, if you want to have a mysterious jungle adventure, Beng Mi Lie can definitely satisfy all your fantasies about the secrets of the jungle. . ⚠️The Angkor Wat monuments are really too big. If you follow the mature route from morning to evening, it will be very tiring. You can freely match the attractions according to your own time to have fun~ . 🚗 traffic Angkor Wat is about 6 kilometers away from the city of Siem Reap. The flight and accommodation are in Siem Reap, and you can charter a car to Angkor Wat. The scenic spots in the small circle and the big circle are close, so tutu cars are recommended, and the outer circle is farther away, and it is recommended to pack a car. 🎫 Fares Angkor Wat tickets are divided into 1-day ticket ($37), 3-day ticket ($62) and 7-day ticket ($72) Beng Mi Lie needs to buy a ticket separately: 5 US dollars ☁️ Climate and dress code Cambodia has a tropical climate, with a rainy season from May to October and a dry season from November to April. Angkor Wat temples are not allowed to wear short skirts, vests or umbrellas. Some temples have steep stairs and occasionally need to climb. Clothes should be as comfortable as possible. The UV rays are strong, so bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a sun hat to avoid sunburn.

Superb Fish Amok, Price Surprise!

Review for Madam Sros Restaurant - ★★★☆☆ Location: 9V43+V5H, Angkor Night Market St, Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia Ambiance/Facilities/Highlights- Traditional Khmer restaurant Avg. Price per Person - USD 3++ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Madam Sros Restaurant, a traditional Khmer restaurant, and I must admit, the Fish Amok they served was nothing short of superb. The dish was a delightful blend of flavors and spices, a true taste of Cambodia that left me wanting more. However, I cannot overlook a disappointing aspect of my time at Madam Sros. As I approached the restaurant, the prices displayed on the board outside caught my attention. To my surprise, when I received the menu, the prices were noticeably higher than what was advertised outside. This price discrepancy left me feeling cheated and misled. It is disheartening to think that the restaurant might deliberately attract customers with lower prices on the board, only to reveal higher charges once they are seated. This practice can leave a negative impression on diners, tarnishing an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. While I applaud the exquisite taste of their Fish Amok and the restaurant's efforts to create a Khmer ambiance, the issue with the pricing leaves me hesitant to recommend Madam Sros to others. Transparent pricing is crucial for building trust with customers, and this discrepancy takes away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. In summary, Madam Sros Restaurant serves exceptional Fish Amok, but the pricing issue cannot be ignored. I rate the restaurant with three stars, in hopes that they address this concern and provide a more transparent dining experience for future patrons. #2023travelwish #travel #foodie#deliciousfood #mytripvlog

Angkor Holiday Hotel | A Comfortable Choice in Siem Reap

Angkor Holiday Hotel | A Comfortable Choice in Siem Reap

| A comfortable choice in Siem Reap. 👑 Hotel: Angkor Holiday Hotel 📍 Address: National Road No. 6 Corner Of Sivutha Boulevard and the 6th National Road, Siem Reap, Cambodia 💖 What kind of hotel is it? Angkor Holiday Hotel is located in the center of Siem Reap, surrounded by a commercial atmosphere and in a prime location. From the outside, the hotel has a colonial style, and the interior is full of ancient charm, with a spacious and comfortable overall feel. The hotel's central courtyard has a beautiful swimming pool, and the rooms are spacious and tidy, with some rooms overlooking the pool, making it a great choice for relaxation. 🛁 Experience · It is only a 10-minute walk to the bar street and night market, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. · The rooms are well-equipped, although some rooms are dimly lit and slightly dated, but overall they are spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning, and some rooms have private balconies. · The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a variety of options, but most reviews say the breakfast is more Asian-flavored, with fewer Western options. · The swimming pool has a great atmosphere and clean towels are provided, making it a great place to cool off and relax. · The hotel's service is mixed, with most staff being friendly, but some staff have poor service awareness and communication can sometimes be difficult. 🌟 Things to note · Some of the hotel's facilities are old and need maintenance. Some rooms may have problems with hot water, low water pressure, or slow Wi-Fi. · Some rooms may have cockroaches, so it is recommended to check the room in advance. · The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests staying on higher floors will need to carry their own luggage. 🌊 Nearby attractions · Night Market and Bar Street (10-minute walk): The night market is bustling, and the bar street has a rich nightlife experience, perfect for night owls to stroll around. · Temple Skylounge Pubstreet: A bar and restaurant next to the hotel with a charming night view and a wide selection of drinks. · Embassy Restaurant: This restaurant is known for its fine Western cuisine, perfect for tasting a combination of local and international cuisine. · WILD - Creative Bar & Spring Rolls Restaurant: The signature spring rolls are a highlight, offering a different experience for your taste buds. · Kroya by Chef Chanrith: Offers creative dishes and quality service, and is a popular local food hotspot. Overall, Angkor Holiday Hotel is a great choice for exploring Siem Reap due to its central location and relatively affordable price. However, it is important to consider and prepare for the room facilities before checking in to better enjoy your time here.

Angkor Wat Compley 163 Hectar

#fallingforfall Getting there- We took the 12 overnight bus from Sihanoukville to Siem Reap after spending an amazing time on Koh Rong Sanloem. In Siem Reap there are many beautiful guesthouses hostels and homestays. We decided to rent a motorcycle and live outside the busy area in a Great guesthouse called Sihariddh Angkor Villa. From there it takes only 10-15 minutes to the entrance of the Angkor Wat Complex. The Angkor Wat Complex inhabits more than 400 temples and is the biggest religious temple complex in the world stretching over 163 hectares. Spending 2 days from morning to evening is enough time i would say

Cambodia🇰🇭歷史文化

Cambodia is an ancient civilization with a long history in the Indochina Peninsula region, with a history of more than two thousand years, and its history can be traced back to Indian civilization. The first to appear in Cambodia and was mentioned in Chinese annals was the Funan Kingdom - a political system that surrounded the southernmost tip of the Indochina Peninsula from the 1st to the 6th centuries AD. Funan is considered to have the oldest regional Hindu culture along the South Mekong River, which shows its role in the Indian circle as a long-term maritime trading partner of India in the west.#cambodia #angkorwat
