Rijkmuseum Amsterdam

Rijkmuseum Amsterdam

One of the top museums here in Amsterdam and definitely a must-seen! Its very popular so better book the ticket in advance online. It's quite huge, if you wanna see everything you will have to take a whole day. The museun offers free apps which you can download easily on your phone, so you don't need to rent extra audio guide. Some of the important master pieces are on a tour exhibition so we didn't get to see then, which it's a pity. Make sure you visit the museum gift shop! So many interesting items!

Schipol Airport

I had the chance to go to Amsterdam, so these are some of the pictures I have on my way out to the airport. It is a wide airport too nice and clean. Amsterdam is famous in Canal and windmills, also for the cheese and dairy foods, pancakes and do not forget their beautiful tulips too, but while staying here I noticed they also have a lot of foods I have never tried like the fresh fish that you will eat called herring. #bucketlistreboot #mytripvlog

Each exhibit unveiled a chapter of artistic brilliance, capturing the essence of Dutch creativity. 🌷 Blooming Beauty: Strolled through the vibrant blooms of Keukenhof Gardens, immersing myself in the colors of tulip fields. The fragrance of blooming flowers and the kaleidoscope of hues created a sensory symphony in this botanical paradise. 🌆 Cityscape Wonders: Ascended to the top of A'DAM Lookout for panoramic views of Amsterdam's skyline. The city's dynamic blend of historic architecture and modern innovation became a captivating sight, especially during the golden hues of sunset. 🍽️ Culinary Delights: Indulged in Amsterdam's diverse culinary scene, from street food markets to charming canal-side cafes. Bake Shop @ Amsterdam

#newyearadventure We are walking at the street along Amsterdam Central Station and we saw this Bake Shop. The shop is managed by the owner which is also the baker himself. After talking to him, he told us all the pastry from macarons to croffle is made by him. We bought 2 croffles, one with dark chocolate sauce and one with white chocolate sauce. The taste is suitable for those are sweet tooth.

nice coffee

Chilled atmosphere and the food looks good too. A really cool place aesthetically. Nice vibe. I thought the flat white I got was over-extracted, so was quite bitter without many complex notes. But I enjoyed stopping here anyway. You can taste single origin or blends of specialty Coffee. We tasted all three types of espresso and barista offer us free of charge V60 and filter coffee. The place offers and course for tasting, brewing and barista availe in their site. We also got the coconut lemon tart which was very nice. Good pricing and nice seating option inside and outside. #hollandtrip #thingstodo #localfood

Picturesque City and Stunning Canals

Overloaded with adorable canals and bridges, Amsterdam brings the charm. From its picturesque canals and bridges to its historic homes, Amsterdam is a full-blown fairytale. The brightly-colored bicycles and tulip stands around town don’t hurt either. Must-see sights include the Anne Frank House, the Van Gogh Museum, and the world's only floating flower market. Rent a bike and join thousands of locals peddling around. Other visitors might want to linger in the local coffee shops, which is just a normal part of the city's landscape.

Bloemenmarkt 🌷🌷🌷

This flower market 💐, built on Singel, one of the oldest canals in Amsterdam, is one of the most pleasant and smelling markets. Although this market, which was built on boats that we can call a floating house, is not the only flower market in the world, it maintains its uniqueness as it is tuned on the water. Founded in 1862, there are not only tulips, but also various plants and flowers. Also in the same area, there are souvenir shops where you can buy them at more affordable prices 💶💷 Isuggest you take a look at the souvenir shops here before buying gifts! 🎁💐 #amsterdam #flower #souvenir #2023travelwish

Relaxing spot

I was walking around with a Dutch friend. We stumbled upon this place by accident and it was one of the loveliest surprises in Amsterdam so far. The cafe offers self service but offers amazing coffee, tea and cakes. Thought this was a lovely spot. The QR code ordering made it feel a little impersonal, but the seating was comfortable and my coffee was nice. The location is great just opposite the canal. I have to say the decor inside is great. Combined with the outstanding interior design an absolutely amazing place. There is so much love into detail here. Go there to recharge your batteries. #hollandtrip #afternoonteatime #staycation
