Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Jeju Island invites you to take a cooking class in the embrace of nature, to understand the true meaning of Jeju cuisine between the mountains and the sea, and to embark on a unique journey of tasting.

Funny course content: The course content is rich and varied. You can choose to make carrot pound cake, orange meringue pie, citrus macaroons, Jeju buckwheat noodles and pork rib cakes, chocolate and other set courses to suit students with different needs. Students can not only learn how to select and process ingredients, but also master a variety of cooking techniques and seasonal menu design.

Diverse teaching modes: Jeju Island has a "self-service cooking" studio where you can pick the ingredients you need from the vegetable garden and make your own recipes based on the video recipes of cooking experts. Friendly staff will also provide timely assistance when you need it. In addition, there is a chocolate world where professional teachers will guide you to make macarons and chocolates.

Eco-friendly facilities: The modern and sophisticated interior is equipped with tablets, cookers and utensils needed for cooking. All materials and equipment are equipped for one person, and the harvest of raw materials, ingredients and crops will vary according to the menu and season, so you can make it according to your own progress without worrying about the different progress affecting the finished product.

Jeju Island Cooking Experience is not only an opportunity to learn cooking skills, but also a great choice to deeply experience local culture and enjoy the fun of food, helping you retain good taste memories.

Jeongbang Waterfall

#koreatrip "Jeongbang Waterfall is absolutely stunning. It’s one of the rare waterfalls in the world that falls directly into the ocean. The sound of crashing water combined with the sea breeze made for a peaceful atmosphere. The walk down to the falls involves navigating rocky terrain, so sturdy footwear is essential. I spent about an hour taking in the view and snapping photos. Vendors nearby sell snacks and drinks, adding to the convenience. It’s a quick yet memorable stop, ideal for those who appreciate natural beauty and unique landscapes."

Jeju Island 3 Days 2 Nights Guide | How to play in the backyard of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai

Jeju Island 3 Days 2 Nights Guide | How to play in the backyard of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai

The Qingming holiday is just around the corner, please take this Jeju Island guide - 🔺Preparation ▫️Budget reference: 300,000 Korean won in cash for 2 people + an international credit card ▫️SIM card: A friend activated roaming, I chose to buy a card with a phone number at Jeju Airport (very important for ride-hailing/taking numbers in queues) ▫️Must-download 3 major APPs: NAVER Map/Kakao T/Papago Translation ▫️Travel suggestion: Taxi convenience >>> Bus convenience It's best to save the Korean address of your destination in advance (I will put the Korean addresses in the guide in the comments section 🥰) ▫️Accommodation: Whistle Lark Hotel, great price and upgraded to a sea view room - 🔺DAY 1·Saturday·Shanghai-Jeju ▪️Lunch: Sunflower Tofu Soup (super delicious, it's not an exaggeration to call it the tofu soup of a lifetime) ▪️Afternoon: Take a taxi to Hamdeok Seoubong Beach It was cloudy when we went, with a unique Korean melancholic vibe, and Big Bang's Blue☁️ started playing in my mind ▪️Dinner: Seehwa Pork Ribs Right next to Hamdeok Beach, the staff are very nice and will help cut the ribs. 🤩Very delicious, the rice cakes are also very flavorful, one pot is enough for two girls ▪️Supper: bhc Fried Chicken Cheese flavor >>> Spicy cheese, the latter feels like physical pain when eaten ❌ - 🔺DAY 2·Sunday·East Coast Day Tour Considering the inconvenience of transportation, we joined a day tour bus from a certain platform, which was unexpectedly comfortable and restful, very suitable for working people traveling on weekends ▫️Udo Island - The whole island is jelly sea + black rocks, a special visual effect - Udo Prince Ice Cream The owner makes ice cream while DJing, fun experience +1 ▫️Seongsan Ilchulbong A world geological park, it's quite shocking to see with the naked eye, the route to the left is free, and the mountain climbing route is charged. For photo ops, you can go directly to the left to find spots 📷 ▫️Sopjikoji Overcast weather gives a feeling of despair at the end of the world, suitable for shooting dark portrait blockbusters (just too windy!) ▫️Woljeongri There's a coffee shop every 5 meters along the shore ☕️ Sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows watching the jelly sea is really chill ▫️Dinner: Black Pork Barbecue Massim We went all the way to the new area, only to find that the barbecue restaurant we saved was lined up for 22 tables online, so we entered a random barbecue restaurant in a fit of anger The black pork barbecue is very chewy and quite delicious, I think barbecue can't be too bad 🚬 - 🔺DAY 3·Monday·Jeju City & Return Home ▪️Shinsegae Duty-Free Shop Open until 18:00⚠️ Purchased a pair of GM sunglasses, with the rebate the price is a whole 1K lower than the official price in China, truly a Korean specialty ▪️Lunch: Seaweed Rice Roll Heaven Near the duty-free shop, mostly locals come here for lunch, there are many types of dishes, you can order a platter, very satisfying to eat everything ▪️14:50 Jeju-Shanghai Return home 💰3 Days 2 Nights per person cost 3K+ (excluding shopping)

Three days and two nights in Jeju Island

Three days and two nights in Jeju Island

Jeju Island in the off-season is a paradise for self-healing This time I stayed in Yayue Village A place where you can see the sea and the lighthouse when you open the window The day I arrived, my hat flew off as soon as I got out of the taxi without any precautions Put down my luggage and take a walk nearby The wind is so strong that I walk two meters and retreat three meters Decided to eat barbecue in the nearest restaurant After eating, I went back to the hotel and took a rest Took the bus to Ilchul Peak to watch the sunset Hahaha, yes, watching the sunset at Ilchul Peak The wind was a bit smaller at this time The weather is not so cold, very comfortable Came when it was about to close, few people, equivalent to a private booking In the evening, I went to a popular restaurant that is the same as the one in the love series The dishes are indeed very fresh and the prices are quite affordable The lobster ramen can be said to be the ramen of my life So fresh that it's amazing! The next day I slept until I woke up naturally, it was a cloudy day There is sun, but not much Find a coffee shop nearby and have a beautiful breakfast Why say it's beautiful, it's literal Beautiful scenery, beautiful food Then I took the bus to the pier Boarded the ship to Udo Wow, the scenery is really good Without an international driver's license, I could only rent an electric bicycle It's not bad, it's not tiring at all But we sat down at the first beach Never got up again until the return trip The dong of the jelly sea is the dong of heart The seawater is really like jelly, duangduang Sitting on the beach eating a fish cake The soup base is actually made of kelp, another little surprise In the evening, I went to the same barbecue omakase as the love series The meat quality is definitely not as good as the one I ate the day before The main thing is to experience the different tastes of different parts of the pig's body The service is excellent, just open your mouth all the way On the third day, I still slept until I woke up naturally Went directly to Xiaocai Beach to eat at the same restaurant as Gong Liu and Lee Dong Wook The seafood pancake is fragrant and crispy, very, very delicious Other dishes did not leave a stunning feeling Although it rained heavily this day But the transparency of Xiaocai Beach is not inferior to Udo I also met a magpie during the walk This place is so comfortable, I want to stay for a few days next time

Oh My Salon with a European atmosphere.

#Seogwipo Travel Although the focus was off, and even though it was under construction 🫠, I went to this pretty tea house that I thought only I knew about, but it turned out to be a popular spot and the competition for seats was fierce 🪴. It seems like they are preparing a reserved outdoor garden, and various flowers are planted, which will be so beautiful 💛. 📍Oh My Salon 32, Deoksuhoe-gwan-ro 74beon-gil, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju ▫️10:00-17:00 / Closed every Sunday and Monday ▫️There are only 3-4 seats available, so I recommend visiting on weekdays even when it's open.

The First 70 Hotel

The First 70 Hotel

#wheretogo A year ago we stayed in The First 70 Hotel in Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island. That turned out to be our nicest and biggest hotel room in the entire eight days in Jeju. The room was huge, and even had bath tub. The hotel also had a roof top garden that overlooks the ocean and a view of Halla San. The hotel has no pool but is within walking distance to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market and has a convenience store located right below. Those who planned to drive, the hotel has only a few lots, but you can park at a designated parking lot near by the hotel.

Gapa Island and Mara Island.. Songaksan Coastal Trekking..

Songaksan trekking is truly a dream journey for travelers who love sunsets and photography. As you climb the mountain at dusk and watch the sea and sky gradually turn red, you feel both calm and excited. When you reach the top of Songaksan, the view opens up to Gapa Island, Mara Island, and the Jeju coastline all at once, and the thought of capturing the changing light in that scenery fills you with excitement. The view of the sea beyond the crater is a unique scene that is hard to find elsewhere. The red sunset reflecting on the sea, and the light wrapping around the crater and coastal cliffs, is truly special. The sunset at Songaksan makes you forget the fatigue of the day and feel both the peace and awe that nature provides. Every moment you take a photo, the desire to capture that beauty grows, making you wish time would pass more slowly there.

Lovely family activity

This makes for a very nice family activity. It's quite well maintained. The aquarium itself has a decent variety of tanks. Definitely nowhere close to the big aquariums in Asia as some reviews try to allude to. Not all tanks were very well kept and there was misinformation on a few signs on where some of the fish are from, such as some South American fish (Oscar and others) informed as being from the Mekong River in Asia and some North American fish (alligator gar and sturgeon) as being from South American Region. #familytravel #aquarium #jeju
