Zhangzhou Hotels with Gym

The room environment is okay, a regular five-star hotel. The traffic situation is average, it is far away from the ancient city, there is nothing on the anniversary, and the basement is a bit uncomfortable. Accessories: The brand of snacks provided by the hotel is a bit low...the quality of the towels is also not good; Breakfast: The variety is very monotonous and the quality is not good Overall, Wyndham is downgraded in my opinion.

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The hotel is opposite the China Merchants Bureau, the location is excellent, there is a parking lot, the two young men at the front desk are warm and thoughtful, the room is newly renovated, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is very fast, the bedding is very comfortable, the sheets are very clean, the breakfast is very rich, Chinese food Western food, coffee fruit are available. Overall it feels very good.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the staff enthusiastically helped me transfer my luggage. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was very comfortable, it was convenient to store my luggage, and the breakfast was quite rich.

Garden-style hotel, the environment is very good, parking is convenient. The room has just been renovated, so it is not bad, it is very comfortable to live. The downside is that the shower room will be a bit stuffy when you just enter it. The point is that it will not increase the price too much because of the holidays, and it feels very reliable! I am willing to live next time.

Environment: Good location, very easy to find, relatively empty around, although on the edge of the train track, but fortunately, not very noisy. Hygienic: The room is still very clean and tidy. The hot spring pool is not bad. Facilities: The room has a soup pool, you can soak in the soup, it is very convenient and the privacy is not bad. Service: The front desk service is very good, the attitude of the young lady is super good!

The room temperature is pleasant and the air is fresh. The bed is flat, the sheets are white and flawless, the fluffy pillows are neatly arranged, the furniture is simple and elegant, and the curtains are opened to give a panoramic view of the city or nature. The sun shines through the bright glass and spills in every corner of the room. Warm and bright.

The room type I chose is suitable for two children. This hotel is really good. Wall crack recommendation, affordable price, brand service. The whole house is very smart, all kinds of facilities are complete, and there is a laundry room, which is really stunned. The bathroom is very clean, the breakfast is rich, the porridge is with side dishes, the noodles, the buns, the roasted wheat eggs, the soy milk, coffee, yogurt, too many people live here during the May Day holiday. The first time I stayed in such a satisfactory hotel 🏨 full marks, don't be too proud.
