A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

The hotel is very good and the room is very big. There are only two shortcomings: 1. I don't know why the toilet sensor light was very sensitive on the first night. It lit up as soon as I turned over. I had to unplug the card and sleep. It was fine on the second night. I suggest that the sensor light be adjusted not so bright. 2. The price of the paid bathtub cover is written too small, as if afraid that the guests will see it! I suggest contacting the manufacturer to enlarge the font!

I want to say that Runhu Hotel is so warm❤. When we entered the door on a cold day, a smiling little beauty handed us a hot towel to wipe first👋, then warm homemade jujube tea🍵, and helped us take our luggage to the room. Then we sent a welcome fruit plate and a footbath to wash away the fatigue of the trip, which was great! The customer service was also amazing. It was too cold and I didn't want to go out for dinner, so I went directly to the restaurant on the second floor. The service was also great and the portion was large. I will choose to stay again next time. I sincerely recommend it to those who need it👏🏻. There is another thing I forgot to mention, that is, there is a humidifier with a large amount of mist in the room, which I really love.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. You can see it at a glance when you drive to the intersection. There is a parking space at the door. The security personnel will take the initiative to come over to direct and help with the luggage. The receptionist who checked in was also very nice. When we got to the room, the luggage had been delivered to the door. The restaurant on the third floor tastes very good, and the breakfast is also great with a lot of dishes. It was my first time to visit Zhangye and I stayed at the Jiancheng Holiday Hotel, which gave me a home away from home experience. The hotel front desk enthusiastically helped us take our luggage into the elevator, and warmly informed us of the hotel's meal times and when the fruit would be delivered. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, and the disposable supplies are high-end. The price/performance ratio is much higher than that of hotels in some tourist cities.
