Hotel staff on seeing guests at lift entrance will greet them. At check out, the duty manager also politely greeted us goodbye and brought our two luggage to waiting taxi and wish us a present trip. A senior staff on duty suggested an eatery when asked for recommendation where locals will eat, and I ended eating there everyday. Security was good and we always felt safe. They also came to room to offer special brewed tea in the evening. A very personal gesture.
