本人一路旅遊過來就數這家酒店讓我住的安心，去大佛寺和七彩丹霞前台的小姐姐耐心給我説了一下服務熱情周到，酒店周圍交通便利，出行方便，減少了旅行中的麻煩。
酒店提供的早餐豐富多樣，口味可口，餐廳工作人員服務熱心！

前台服務態度不錯，離公園不遠，早餐也不錯，老年人吃也挺不錯的，房間衞生打掃的也乾淨，地理位置十分便利，吃飯坐車幹啥的都便利。

設施：很齊全應有盡有
衞生：很乾凈，相對於住了其他酒店這個酒店的環境衞生都是絕絕子
服務：服務態度是非常好的，看到我一個人拎着大箱子，前台小姐姐還特意過來幫忙，非常熱情好客，對我的幫助特別大
環境：周圍酒吧很多，吃飯的地方也很多，還有公園夜市，反正很不錯的一個酒店，周圍雖然是繁華的街道，但是一點都不吵鬧，下次還來住着.

每年都出來旅遊，住的酒店價格都超級高，這次我真是賺到了，酒店服務又好，房間衞生也乾淨，不但性價比高還免費贈送了早餐，早上走的時候説是我們還要再外面遊幾天，前台貼心的送了幾個茶包，讓我們路上喝，非常不錯。喜歡上這家酒店了，給個贊贊贊

酒店房間很大很乾凈，前台服務態度也都很熱情，積極介紹周邊景點和路線，早餐很豐富，離景點也很近，走走逛逛就到了，就在甘泉公園隔壁，步行到明清街夜市和張掖老街夜市也就5分鐘，逛完夜市可以直接在公園裡逛一逛，出來就到酒店了。酒店健身房的配置在同等酒店裡是很出色的了，配置很全，基本的力量訓練和有氧都可以滿足，健身房旁邊就是桌球桌和乒乓球枱，飯後休閑運動都可以滿足。在旅遊旺季價格也適中，性價比超級高。推薦推薦！

給低分於心不忍，但是也是在提醒酒店加強管理，這不太像連鎖酒店，房間外面的過道地毯非常臟，車子也被颳了，早餐沒有，收19塊錢送了一個打包盒，還不如吃個麪，入住的時候説明天要吃早餐，前台説有自助餐，早上問前台，前台服務人員説沒提前預訂，服務水平真的不高，女前台説話捲舌頭，表達不清楚。前台服務技巧真的不好。我的反饋沒有任何回覆，發脾氣了，樓層服務員叫主管來，才來個人處理（注意不是前台叫的，我自己叫的服務員），也沒處理好，連鎖酒店不像連鎖，酒店管理缺乏培訓，不太好評價。我對天發誓説話絕對屬實。我沒有要酒店任何補償，我也不需要，只是要他們提高服務，保證最基本的早餐和衞生，以及車子安全。
