去年暑假來過，當時覺得很不錯，停車場超級大。今年來的時候可能是張掖的淡季了，停車場內基本沒有車。前台大爺態度好，後院的大爺態度也很好，半夜到的比較晚，後院的大爺還各種指引。唯一有缺陷是空調不太給力，冬天的張掖比較冷。一公里左右有一家早餐店，牛肉小飯味道還不錯。

設施：8925衞生間洗臉盆的管子沒有接好，或者説就是壞的，用膠帶纏着管子，用來防止水出來，但是水還是弄一地，希望酒店可以處理，衞生還行，對了，房間裏沒有提供水，入住的旅客需要自己自帶，服務還行

説是後樓結果是一排平房，然後空調一開就是臭味還漏水，接個農夫山泉礦泉水瓶，前不着村後不着店，周圍都是快要拆遷的和已經拆遷的爛房子，就這樣一晚260多，兩百多住了一間平房。。。。隔壁也是家庭出遊，不隔音，小孩子吵到很晚。水壓也不穩，熱水出的很慢。。總之訂房的時候看清楚，後樓就是大院裏的幾間平房，不管幾點都有車進出很吵。很少會差評，這種真的差勁。還有什麼河西學院店，不是挨着河西學院就算是近河西學院店。。。。

説實話你齊全衞生也不錯 是一客一換環境很好就是地方有一點點偏，但是離人民公園很近，前台服務很好，院子裏種有棗樹 有個老爺爺特別慈祥

賓館位置偏僻，周圍五百米沒飯館，房間不提供抽紙和一次性香皂，wifi連接麻煩，掃碼強制廣告多還不安全，最後沒用。其它還好。

房屋隔音特別特別特別差，對面住兩家帶小孩的，一直吵吵到十二點，不睡覺，對面沖的馬桶的聲音感覺在你頭頂似的，況且我住的是一樓。跟大雜院似的，位置很偏，地圖和攜程**都是寫着辛悦（酒店），一到現場就兩個字辛悦（賓館）。價格還是比普通賓館貴。屋裡潮濕不透光。真心感受，
