非常滿意的一次住宿。該酒店停車方便，地理位置優，房間寬敞明亮，房內智能家居，非常乾淨整潔。早餐豐富，品種較多。如果還有機會到這，一定會再住。

為什麼別人有歡迎水果，我在攜程用積分也換了歡迎水果，到店後告知，只有酸奶，難道是攜程會員被區別對待了嗎？四星的自助早餐，在攜程上訂的是自助早餐，到店後變成了牛肉麪套餐，還不給加肉？大床房多要一床杯子，居然要了三次，才不耐煩的給了，這就是四星級酒店的服務標準和態度嗎？怎麼評上的4星級，農家院的標準嗎？有一種被欺騙的感覺，破壞了我旅遊心情，別回覆接受改進什麼之類的官話，沒用，寫此評價只是希望別在有人上當受騙！！！

給人印象深刻的是，住酒店居然難停車。酒店和別的飯店公用停車場，沒有單獨的停車位，飯點時，沒位置。

酒店位置還可以，離張掖西站不遠，設施中規中矩，早餐是一樓外面合作的飯店，有一碗麪，涼菜雙拼和茶葉蛋，衞生也一般，不過房間內有蚊子，小孩被咬了很多包，叫前台送了電蚊香後有些效果。

房間有新裝修的異味，空調不製冷，衹能控制在24度左右，被子還很厚，洗澡水、洗臉水很小，水籠頭是銹的！有茶台的房間茶台周圍沒有插座，燒水還得找地方，沒有最差、只有更差！哪裡是四星級，一般的小旅館都不如！千萬別有人上當！
