The room is very small. It took a long time to issue an invoice after check-out, but the front desk didn't understand anything and was unprofessional. Waste of time. Most likely I won’t go there a second time

房間衞生乾淨整潔，客房服務人員會主動打招呼比較熱情，環境也很舒服也很整齊，前台服務人員也很專業和親近，設施很完善，熱水很足，離鐘鼓樓比較近，小吃也很多，出行比較方便，離開時前台人員也主動道別並詢問客人有沒有開車，很貼心，推薦！

在張掖住了四晚，都選擇了漢庭，一開始預訂是大床房，因為還有朋友會來，跟前台溝通後，幫我免費升級了雙床房！前台小哥哥服務態度很好，很耐心！
酒店是在北環路上，離鐘鼓樓有兩公里的路程，但是因為我是包車去景點，所以並沒有影響，若是希望可以靠近鐘鼓樓的朋友就要再多考慮一下！
春節期間漢庭還免費包了早餐，省了我出門的時間！
房間的空間會有點小，但是應有盡有，還是非常不錯的！

整體都還行，位置也方便。但是房間不知道是股什麼味道，像廁所傳出來的，斷斷續續的，很難聞，隔音不是特別好，晚上十一二點有人走動完全能聽見。

我很少評價的，但這家店是我河西走廊住過最滿意的酒店，各方面都很好，前台服務熱情周到，大廳很暖和，一進門前台會很熱情的倒上一杯熱的茶水，瞬間讓你感覺心裏暖暖的，辦理入住的速度很快，不用交按金，還幫我升級了房型，電梯上樓需要刷卡，住着很安全，外賣可以送到房間，很方便，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，房間熱水空調暖氣都有，洗澡水很熱，無線網網速很快，打遊戲太給力了，窗户是外穿，採光很好，中午可以照到陽光，太舒服了，床墊很舒服，枕頭有兩種，根據個人喜好，可以選擇適合自己的，一覺睡到天亮，退房時前台美女還幫我們推薦了張掖美食和旅遊景點，對啦，推薦的酒店附近的一家麻辣燙很好吃，比在天水吃的要好，但是不記得名字了，有想去品嚐的可以諮詢酒店前台小姐姐哈，必須滿分
