The room is very small. It took a long time to issue an invoice after check-out, but the front desk didn't understand anything and was unprofessional. Waste of time. Most likely I won’t go there a second time

我很少評價的，但這家店是我河西走廊住過最滿意的酒店，各方面都很好，前台服務熱情周到，大廳很暖和，一進門前台會很熱情的倒上一杯熱的茶水，瞬間讓你感覺心裏暖暖的，辦理入住的速度很快，不用交按金，還幫我升級了房型，電梯上樓需要刷卡，住着很安全，外賣可以送到房間，很方便，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，房間熱水空調暖氣都有，洗澡水很熱，無線網網速很快，打遊戲太給力了，窗户是外穿，採光很好，中午可以照到陽光，太舒服了，床墊很舒服，枕頭有兩種，根據個人喜好，可以選擇適合自己的，一覺睡到天亮，退房時前台美女還幫我們推薦了張掖美食和旅遊景點，對啦，推薦的酒店附近的一家麻辣燙很好吃，比在天水吃的要好，但是不記得名字了，有想去品嚐的可以諮詢酒店前台小姐姐哈，必須滿分

被褥都很乾凈，給安排了停車位，設施需要完備一下，早上還給延長了退房時間，到退房時間時，還打電話提醒了，步行到鼓樓很方便，周邊早餐很方便，酒店西行300m的牛肉麪值得推薦

房間雖小五臟俱全，空調獨立的效果好，一路旅遊比較滿意的酒店了。前台很熱情，一停車就過來幫忙搬行李，還幫忙切了瓜（沒偷拍到臉），保潔都很熱情的打招呼，就是早飯有點差強人意。
