A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

The hotel is still in the trial stage and will be officially opened on the 9th. It can be seen that the hotel investment owner is a person with strength, feelings, and his own preferences. He has his own property and a customized hotel tailored for him. The corridors, functional areas, and the length, width, and height of the room are practical and atmospheric. All the materials used are relatively high-end, and the entire decoration style is Chinese. Breakfast was also carefully prepared. Some ingredients were expensive, such as prawns and shrimps, but unfortunately there were no fried eggs. The biggest shortcoming is that only the hot air conditioner in the room is open, and the temperature is very high, which affects the quality of sleep. At night, I can only expose my feet outside the quilt when I sleep. I called the front desk and the answer was that there was no cold air cooling, only hot air conditioning, or turn off the hot air conditioner, but in fact it couldn't be turned off. The temperature inside was too hot, which neither saved energy consumption nor reduced the experience.

There is also a museum on the third floor of the hotel, but it’s a pity that we don’t have enough time to visit it. The beds are also unique. Facilities: The hot water for bathing comes out quickly but not hot enough! Bedside touch screens are generally problematic. For example, a ”night light” can cause an alarm at the door. There is a humidifier. Service: The front desk service is good! Great turndown service! They just didn’t remind me that there was breakfast.

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

The location of the hotel is very good, the front desk service is also very good, clean and hygienic, there are many restaurants nearby, the Yili Laoma chicken is delicious, the beef is also delicious, the boss of Dachai beef rice is very good and delicious, 8 yuan for a big bowl, walking distance It takes a few minutes to get to Zhangye Museum. The shuttle bus returns from Colorful Danxia at 18:30, so if you want to wait for sunset, you need to charter a bus for 150 round trip. Danxia at sunset is indeed different.

A very cost-effective hotel. The room comes with a large soaking pool. There are unlimited hot springs in the shower and pool. The natural hot spring water relieves the fatigue of travel! It’s also more convenient to eat around. Recommended

I selected a five-star hotel in Zhangye on Ctrip, but there was only one and it was a little far from the West Station. Not long after booking, the hotel called and booked a pick-up car for us. As soon as we arrived at the station, the driver called and told me his location politely and accurately. When we got out of the station, I saw the driver in uniform and wearing a work badge standing at the exit. He helped us carry our luggage to the car, and patiently answered our questions while the car was on the road. His narration of Zhangye's history was interesting and impressive. After arriving at the hotel, the doorman, the front desk and the driver all greeted us warmly. The front desk had upgraded our room and completed the check-in procedures professionally and quickly. The driver took us to the room, introduced the facilities in the room, and then said goodbye politely. When we went out in the afternoon, we saw the driver standing at the front desk and other staff serving guests. At this time, I felt that he was not only a driver, but also too versatile. After working for so long, he was still energetic and well-mannered. I admire him. The hotel lobby and corridors are bright and elegant. Although it has been open for six years, the facilities are well maintained. There are public telephones at the corners of each floor for disinfection supplies. The room is large, and the bedding and toiletries are high-end. What is particularly surprising is that the bath towels and bathrobes are specially packaged and sealed, which is very attentive. There is plenty of drinking water and free drinks. Fruits and snacks were delivered in the afternoon, and room service knocked on the door in the evening. It turned out to be to deliver hot milk to us! The hotel's breakfast variety is relatively rich, the dishes are fresh, local delicacies are also made on site, and you can also make your own San Paotai tea! . There are many guests in the restaurant. The tablecloths, curtains and floors of the restaurant are very clean. Of course, it is not only the restaurant. It feels that the management has very detailed and strict requirements for hygiene. I had dinner at the hotel once. The à la carte dishes tasted good. I especially liked the duck egg yolk lily. Lanzhou's specialty is quite fresh. I have stayed in many hotels, but I feel that the service of this four-star hotel can be a model for many hotels of the same star or even five-star hotels to learn from. It serves customers with kindness and professionalism, and also wins respect and praise for the hotel and individuals. I believe that the hotel will get better and better because of this. When traveling to Zhangye, Runhu Holiday Hotel is the first choice. Five-star environment and service, four-star price, come on!

The room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the sleep quality is good. The breakfast is rich, with many options and good taste. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large and convenient for self-driving guests. Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon is very spectacular and shocking, and it is worth a visit.

The location of the villa is very good. It is in a wetland park with a lake in front. You can take a walk by the lake at night without leaving the community. The lights by the lake are particularly beautiful and the night view is beautiful. Parking is also very convenient. The room was clean, tidy and upscale, and the experience was great.

Our experience in this hotel was perfect ! They upgraded us for free, our room was really clean, spacious and really comfortable. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, and even if they don’t speak english we could discuss on WeChat. Finally, the hotel is located really close to old town and to the temple. There is a bus in front of it to go to both train stations. Definitely recommend to stay here during your trip in Zhangye !
