"Room was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn."

You absolutely *must* try the hotel's complimentary breakfast – it's so extensive, it could easily double as lunch! They offer a rich spread with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted excellent. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is nestled in a valley, surrounded by lush greenery, offering distant views of Taiwu. Its design is very distinctive, particularly the logo. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and feature bunk beds, allowing children to sleep independently, which is a very thoughtful and family-friendly touch. As it's relatively new, the facilities are excellent, and the surrounding area offers a good range of amenities and shops. The only minor issues were during the peak summer season: the restaurant struggled with the sheer number of guests, and due to staffing limitations, room cleanliness was just average. I hope they can address these areas for improvement. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely return."
