"The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice."

"張家口雪如意睿景酒店 20250215入住A315 與朋友一起去雪如意滑雪場玩，所以預訂了雪場附近的酒店，最後根據取消政策的優勢選擇了睿景的如意套房。根據導航抵達酒店區域後發現停車場指示標並不明顯，而且照明明顯不夠。抵達前台後辦理入住手續，前台員工王雅珍和王凱軒比較熟練地安排了3層A棟的房間，介紹了酒店/雪場/餐飲/接駁車等設施和營業時間，贈送了歡迎小禮物。房間中規中矩的標準套房，雙陽台設定顯得空間很大，主客衞都配備了智能馬桶，主動提供了8瓶礦泉水和加濕器/凈化器，這點非常貼心。房間內沒有空調，但也沒有找到地暖的控制面板，所以日落後室內温度整體偏低，配備了電暖氣但效果不佳，洗澡後還是會覺得有些冷，房間內布草類沒有地巾。床品比較舒適，軟硬枕頭都很舒服。 晚餐在酒店2層的自助餐廳解決，價格80元一位不算貴，菜品屬於國企食堂級別；兩個涼菜/雪花雞排/紅燒肉/果味雞球/炒木耳/番茄炒蛋，主食配了米飯/豆包和明檔現煮的麪，整體屬於能吃飽的級別【僅供參考】。 雖然整體給了5分評價，但酒店在軟硬件方面還是有明顯的缺陷。也希望酒店可以看到點評後多加重視。 1.房間弱點線路的佈置，床頭/辦公桌前面的部分插頭、USB供電無法使用，控制面板操作混亂（如客衞的照明和排風按鈕裝反了等情況）。 2.衞生死角過多，窗簾旁邊有沒打掃乾淨的碎屑，進門鞋櫃內有兩個包裝袋（垃圾），小冰箱裏有上一個客人落下的酸奶和葯品。【見圖5/6】 3.入住後需要休息就打開了請勿打擾設定，20分鐘後有服務員敲門送了兩瓶軟飲，明顯管理培訓方面不到位，員工根本不知道該怎麼處理這類情況。"

She also answered many of my questions and helped me upgrade the room. The reserved room has a great view. After checking in, my family praised it and said that they would like to come to Nanshanli in the future! What a great experience! Special thanks to her! 3) Hygiene: Not bad, the maintenance level of the room is also OK. 4) Hot spring: To be honest, the hot spring service and hygiene are really not good. The water indoors is too dirty. It is recommended to go to the outdoor bar, which is a little better than the indoor bar. There is a small pool indoors, which can accommodate more than 20 people. . . There are three outdoor pools, with an average of 4 to 5 people per pool. 5) Fengwei Restaurant on the 2nd floor is not delicious! Everyone choose carefully! The ski equipment hall is upstairs after check-in, and there are several restaurants. It is very convenient, but it is really hard to wait for the elevator during peak hours! There are only two elevators, which is not enough for guests staying in the hotel!"

It is 22 kilometers away from the county seat. The nearest takeaway will be delivered in two hours, so I went to the front desk to consult. She said that she had instant noodles. I had to go to the restaurant if I had any needs. 4. On the third night, I heard that the hotel has a foot bath. After a day of snow, I really need it. I met this night shift front desk again. I refused me without thinking. It was not no, it was not provided to me. I gave 5 points for facilities, 4 points for health, and 2 points for the environment, for the reasons above. Service 1 point is for all-day restaurants (provides three meals). The overall mental outlook of the restaurant team is very good. I go out early and return late to see that they are always full of vitality. As for the front desk, why is there a score, I can all find a way by myself."

"The hotel is so beautiful and suitable for vacation. It is located inside the Cuiyun Mountain Forest Scenic Area. Please note that it is inside! It was so beautiful to stand by the window and look at the forest. It snowed on the day we left. It was so beautiful, the rime landscape. The service was very good.
