WWangtianerQAQWe stayed at Passton Hotel for a two-day weekend trip to Thaiwoo Town, and it was a fantastic experience! Getting there was a breeze; direct navigation leads you straight to the underground parking garage right at the hotel entrance, which has plenty of spaces and even charging stations on B1.
Our room, decorated in a charming European vintage style, was fully equipped and offered excellent views of the entire town and its surroundings. A big plus was the complimentary hot springs available at the hotel!
The staff provided truly exceptional service; anything we needed was just a phone call away and promptly delivered to our room.
You absolutely *must* try the hotel's complimentary breakfast – it's so extensive, it could easily double as lunch! They offer a rich spread with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted excellent.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

There are many restaurants within ten minutes' walk. In fact, I am quite satisfied with everything except that the toilet is clogged. , I can only go out to the toilet in the morning. The toilet seat is still broken. I am afraid of pinching my butt when I sit on it. I hope the boss can improve it soon.

GGuest UserThe room is really clean. It's not big, but it has all the facilities you need. The service is also very good. The front desk and the cleaning lady are very good and can meet all your needs. Because the sanitation is cleaned in time, you can check in early. There is a bus pick-up right after the high-speed rail. Wanlong Apartment, Shuanglong, and Yulong are all connected by corridors and are very close to the ski resort. I was very worried about the cheap price before the trip. I didn't expect to live in such a cost-effective hotel during the peak ski season. It's great! Wanlong is the first choice for skiing!

MM498230****Prince Town is now off-season, the shops downstairs are not open, but the shuttle bus follows the high-speed rail, free, very convenient, go down the slope to the Prince Hotel. The off-season butler also gave free room upgrades and delayed check-out by one hour, and the butler responded in a timely manner.
The room is quite big and very clean, the paper towels are still breeze! There are also disposable bath towels and toilet pads. Finding the housekeeper to buy mineral water is also a normal price, no premium! The housekeeper will also provide some convenience stores, the address and business hours of the hotel.
The weather here is very cool, very suitable for summer heat!

GGuest UserI would like to thank the assistant manager of the lobby, Li Jie, for his service and make the following comments.
1. Hygiene: The hygiene is superb! In the guest room, the bed is made flat, the floor is wiped to reflect light, and the slippers are placed neatly. There are no water stains or stains in the bathroom, and the toiletries are neatly placed. The public areas are also cleaned meticulously, and the sofas in the lobby are cleaned every day.
2. Facilities: The room facilities are very complete, and the bed is just the right hardness and softness, which allows me to have a good night's sleep. The air conditioner has precise temperature control, the shower in the bathroom has even water flow, the water temperature is stable, and the bathing experience is great. The gym equipment is brand new and rich in variety.
3. Service: I have to praise the assistant manager of the lobby, Li Jie! When checking in, he was enthusiastic and efficient. I had questions during the trip, and no matter when I contacted him, he could reply quickly and help solve them.
4. Ski resort: The ski trails are very professionally designed, the slope of the beginner trails is very gentle, especially suitable for beginners to practice; the advanced trails are very challenging, the snow quality of the ski resort is excellent, the ski equipment rental service is also very convenient, and the staff will patiently help guests adjust their equipment.
5. Environment: The snow-covered mountains are very beautiful.
