Air conditioning wasn’t great. Bathroom was nice and clean. Great location. They let us get room service after the restaurant closed which was really nice. Food was really delicious too. Bit Smoky but that seems like a normal occurrence in zhangjiajie.

The staff guides pretty well with the route for Tianmen Shan. This was my 2nd day and boss was so kind to also invite us for a dinner at a local cuisine restaurant. Thanks to the hotel and the owner. We stayed here in February 2024, and they took foreigners. Sister May was very helpful throughout the whole process, add her on Wechat and she will make your travelling effortless! She called us prior to check in to see what we wanted to visit in the area, and even created a personal itinerary to fit our needs. She offered airport pickup and drop off service, and a private driver for getting around the national parks. We couldn’t find the hotel to check in but she came out and personally showed us to the room! The room is very spacious, and looks exactly like the photos posted. The heater was very good for the snowy weather, and the washing machine is very convenient. Even though it is a smoking permitted room, we did not notice any cigarette smell. Location is quiet and central, a short car ride to the central railway or bus station, shopping and food. We highly recommend staying with Sister May if you decide to visit beautiful Zhangjiajie!
