The hotel's location is great, with plenty of delicious food options nearby. Being on a higher floor, we weren't disturbed by street noise. The landlady was also very welcoming and even gave us some local plum tea.

Very affordable yet comfortable stay. The hotel is located on level 17A and within walking distance to Tianmen Outlet Plaza. The staff, especially one aunty, was very kind and welcoming, we even received tea as a gift. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely recommended!

The environment is great, and the hygiene is impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, helping me with my luggage to the high-speed train station and even booking tickets for me. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It's definitely worth staying here, and I'm very grateful for their help.

Very nice stay in Zhangjiajie. The front desk helped us a lot planning and buying the tickets for the national park and the tea set in the room along with the view was really great! Check in was smooth and we received instructions in advance about how to find the stay. Everything was perfect :)
