Best Zhangjiajie Spa Hotels

Our holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.  We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability  to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly. Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.  The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.   The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity  to our vegetarian meal requests.  Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.     Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.     I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place  also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her.  Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.  We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious. Overall, we had an incredibly lovely experience at this resort and would strongly recommend visitors to Zhangjiajie to stay at this place.  - **Feedback Mechanisms**   - Encourage staff to share experiences and feedback for continuous improvement. - **Recognition Programs**   - Acknowledge and reward exceptional service to motivate staff.

This hotel appears to have undergone a major renovation and upgrade recently. The hotel is pleasant and comfy overall, but there are no frills or excesses. We had ordered a Deluxe Queen room and it was spacious and clean. The highlight of the room was a wide panoramic window that offered a wonderful view of the town and the surrounding mountains. We recommend that you opt for this room type, if you can! The staff at the reception were kind and patiently explained everything. They met our every request, but be warned that they speak no English. You would be fine with even basic Chinese, however. There was a relatively broad selection of meal at breakfast. Although the meal at breakfast was entirely Chinese, even European travellers would definitely find something to eat as there was a broad selection of salads available. The breakfast is served on a pleasant covered rooftop terrace. There is plenty of restaurants and shops in the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel is conventiently located a few steps away from the main entrance of the Zhangjiajie national park As far as we could discern, no other hotel is located closer to the main gate. We are European travellers, by the way. Would highly recoomend this hotel to anyone, but you need to have at least basic Chinese language skills! Besides, we found the hotel to be extremely good value!

Nice hotel with good price. 10 mins walk to tianmen mountain cable car. Breakfast very good for this price, a lot of options. The room is big and clean. Free pick up n drop off and snack. Recommended.

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

Loved staying at this hotel ! 10/10 I would recommend. As a tourist from out of the country I felt very welcome and well taken care of right from when I got there. The room was clean and the view of the mountains from my window was literally breathtaking. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for being so helpful and efficient..when I first got into my room, I made a mistake and ended up blowing a fuse in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk and explained the situation and it was fixed within a few minutes of me getting back to my room...thank you! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie

We specially chose the off-season to travel here. There are few people in the scenic area, beautiful scenery, and no need to queue, which saves a lot of time to have fun and eat well. We are very satisfied with the hotel. The front desk gave us free breakfast. There are many buffet breakfast varieties to choose from. It is only a few steps to Tianmen Mountain. There are also many delicious foods around the hotel. It is a good choice and worth recommending!

This trip coincided with the peak of the summer vacation, and the price of accommodation generally rose. When booking the inn, I saw that the price of Masangshu was very affordable, and it was still a 4-diamond standard, but the evaluation of the guests was not a lot of a little awkward. After arriving at the store, I saw the inn room. Fortunately, the choice was very correct! The room was large, it was very convenient to spread out the box to pack things, and the room was very clean. Although the inn also receives tour groups, it is very quiet at night. It is estimated that the boss arranged individual guests and tour groups on the floor. And this reservation also includes breakfast, just on the first floor of the inn, affordable and convenient! I stayed for three nights this time, because the inn received a tour group full room, and I couldn't place an order on the platform on the last night. The proprietress was very good and specially adjusted a room. Generally speaking, I was very satisfied with the reservation of Masangshu Inn! And Ma Sangshu in Zhangjiajie has a very moving story, everyone can come to Zhangjiajie to decrypt ha! !

Everything you want to eat and shop is available, which is really unexpected. The price-performance ratio is very high. The front desk clerk is beautiful and gentle and the service is good. The originally booked elegant king-size bed room was upgraded to a business king-size bed room for free. It is very large and comfortable. There is also a large bathtub in the room. It is very comfortable to take a hot bubble bath in this weather. The air conditioning effect in the room is quite good, but the only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is not so good. However, this level is similar to the four-star hotel I stayed in before. This price is really worth it, and it also provides free breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, it has everything you need. I am quite satisfied and it is worth recommending

The hotel is quite old, and all the facilities in the room are very old. The hotel's parking lot was not found, and it happened that there was a free free parking space near the road near the hotel entrance. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi to Forest Park, and it takes 28 minutes to walk. There are many lively restaurants near the hotel at night, and there are barbecues.
