We had a very nice stay at Hotel California. The location is perfect ( only 10 min walk to the tianmen ticket station) with plenty of restaurants near by. the room is clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower had excellent pressure and consistent hot water! The host was very kind and helped giving us tips on how to navigate the Tianmen park. We loved it and we will certainly recommend Hotel California to our friends.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The lady of the hotel is very kind and helpful. She helped us to buy the tickets for the different parks online. Otherwise, we have to stand in the lines to by the tickets. She also gave very good tips how to choose the best viewing routes. Next time, I'll certainly book again in this hotel. The hotel is nearby the cable car entrance of the Tianman park. There are a lots of restuarants in the neighbourhood,

Hotel view is splendid!! Even though price is a little high, however, the view and the service we received is definitely worth the price. Every morning you wake up to the mountain facing you. Makes you feel very calming and enjoyable! The lady boss and the 管家 is super helpful and friendly!! Had a nice long conversation with them during the night time looking at the beautiful scenery. The location is nearer to the mountains so not much eateries around, but they provide food bento set if you request at a price. It was also amazing!! Very homely and portion very generous👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Ingredients are all fresh from their own garden and farm site👍🏻👍🏻 Definitely coming back again with my family to experience this out of the world experience again😊😊😊

The room is quite big, I took my mothers on a trip together, the mothers are very happy, you can eat at the B&B, make a reservation in advance, eat outside at night, it’s cool, there are scenery everywhere, the vegetables grown by the aunt, we can pick them, we didn’t run away There are too many attractions, it feels very relaxing, the boss is very nice, I will come again next time

衝著前面遊客的好評才選的這家民宿，一開始充滿了想象。但到了以後發現和想象中還是出入蠻大的。下車之後發現是一片民宅區，本以為民宿在景點旁邊，綠水青山的那種環境。然後打電話***姐來馬路邊帶我們了，是在小巷子裏面。這棟民宿是由一棟私房改造的，周圍也都是私房，環境很一般。去天台看風景，白天視野不佳，周圍都是遮擋物，蠻失望的。但是到了夜晚，氛圍燈都打開以後，還是很好看的。小朋友很喜歡天台上的搖椅，還有小水池裡的小泥鰍，每天都要上去看很久。房間內和網上照片差不多，洗漱用品吹風機都不錯，歐舒丹戴森。床也睡的很舒服。裏面的小姐姐講話温温柔柔的。有什麼問題都很熱情解答。早飯不是很好吃，住了2晚第三天要趕高鐵沒來得及吃早飯。本來想打包點走的，時間趕不上。

The B&B is located at the west gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park, very quiet. The room has a mountain view. The housekeeper provides full tracking service, which is very considerate. Every time you enter or leave the park through the west gate, you will be picked up by car. Two dogs, Duoduo and Zhaocai, often accompany guests, which is very healing.
