I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was very pleasant I will definitely come back again . The room was clean and the staff helped me plan my itinerary . The gentlemen host could speak English well and was able to cater to all my needs . The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and bus station and it’s convenient to walk there . I enjoyed my stay !

The environment is elegant and quiet, clean and very good hotel. River view room, listening to the gurgling water at night, thinking of the rural time at my grandmother's house when I was a teenager, it was great! The hotel is very close to the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. From the back door of the hotel, it is a walk along the riverside plank road and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. Although the hotel does not have breakfast, there are many delicious breakfasts nearby, consult the tour route, the housekeeper is really professional, the service is really good, the price is very high, praise one!

This inn is very accessible, and personally highly recommended just as other reviews have stated. The staff lady is very helpful and will teach you how to plan your itinerary clearly, which is very kind of her. Inn is also very close to the wulingyuan East gate for zhangjiajie national park. Room has Wifi and TV to watch (dont need to pay to watch which is great). My family enjoyed the stay and once again thank you to the staff lady to make our Zhangjiajie trip a memorable one.

The boss is very enthusiastic and gave a detailed introduction to our itinerary. The room is clean and comfortable, the price is very affordable, very close to the scenic spot, and it takes a few minutes to walk to the entrance of Zhangjiajie Scenic Area!

We had a very nice stay at Hotel California. The location is perfect ( only 10 min walk to the tianmen ticket station) with plenty of restaurants near by. the room is clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower had excellent pressure and consistent hot water! The host was very kind and helped giving us tips on how to navigate the Tianmen park. We loved it and we will certainly recommend Hotel California to our friends.
