Pros✅: 1) It is very close to Tianmen Mountain Cableway 2) The owners are VERY kind, polite and proactive 3) The bed is very comfortable and we slept as angels 4) There was air conditioning and fan 5) It’s well located on a street full of restaurants Cons⚠️: 1) The shower drain needs repair Overall🔍: The price, location and service are great once you just need somewhere to sleep and take a shower.

The location of the B&B is very good. It is very close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. It is very convenient to eat and drink nearby. There are many choices for breakfast. The room is very clean and not worse than a big hotel. The female boss is very attentive and can help book discounted tickets and explain the travel route for free. , the most important thing is that the female boss is also very beautiful.

LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and pristine cleanliness here! The room is impeccably clean, and the toiletries provided are of top-notch quality. Our experience at the laundry room was fantastic. Not only were detergents provided for free, but the cleaner also went above and beyond to help us clean and dry our clothes. And the thoughtful gesture of receiving our clothes along with a night snack when we returned from our travels truly warmed our hearts. With its convenient location just 5 minutes away from the cable car station, it's undeniable that this is the perfect place to stay.

Very good hotel , good location near cable car station. Staff at reception can speak some English and they try to help. Ji hotel is a good chain hotel in China. I found one near Changsha train station , staffs are very good help too.

This is a MUST stay hotel if you are going to Tian Men Shan. The walking distance is 5mins away from the entrance! The room is clean and we love staying here! However, if you are going without tourist guide, then better don’t join any in Zhang Jia Jie. At first we were paying the counter (tourist guide in the hotel) a deposit to buy the entrance ticket, but when we back to hotel after lunch, the person said they couldn’t proceed our ticket and want us to pay everything in full first. Then we immediately request to took back our money and go by ourselves

The hotel is located near the park entrance, Charming Xiangxi show and Wulingyuan city center. The hotel has a large selection of Chinese and Western food for its breakfast hotel. The room we received was large and spacious. Although the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, we found smoke smell entering our room. After we informed the front desk, they promptly arranged another room for us. Thanks to their service we enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel for my mom since my husband and I stayed there a few years ago and had an amazing experience. However, she said that no one would speak to her in any English (when we were there, everyone was very helpful and the manager was foreign). She also had a bad experience with a massage she booked. She thought she could charge it to the room, but the woman demanded cash, then once she paid, wouldn’t let her out of the room until she gave an extra tip. Apparently that was the only word she said in English the whole time. I’ve never been expected to tip in China, so this seems like they’re taking advantage of foreign guests who may not know better. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the national park, but the concierge tried to get her to take a taxi for way too much to a different gate. Luckily, she called me to ask if that was worth it and I told her, “no, don’t take a ¥50 taxi to another gate when you’re less than 1km from one of the main gates.” It just made her start to feel uncomfortable that everyone in the hotel was trying to trick her. It’s a shame because the hotel is lovely and the breakfast is actually quite good, which my mom said is still the case. But she had a very mixed experience where the hotel was great, but the staff didn’t make her feel well taken care of. Very different from my husband’s and my experience a few years ago.

The room was very nice with a nice view from the window. It was exactly the same as the pictures we saw on the trip.com They even provide bathroom slippers and disposable slippers in the room. The voice activated XiaoZhiGuanJia was very fun to play with. It has a wide variety of functions such as switching on or off the lights in the room, the TV, and even playing songs that you want to listen to. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very spacious. I like the design of the room. All hotel staffs were very friendly and approachable. They were very helpful to us throughout our stay. They provide a very good customer oriented service, give advice and guidance with our trip planning. They even helped us to prebook our tickets online before we arrive to Zhangjiajie. A variety of breakfast selections mostly Chinese style options. My personal favourite was the freshly made soybean milk. I would love to come back again to this hotel. Highly recommend them.

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, it has free wifi and has all the necessities for a comfortable stay, and it has great value for the price. This hotel has an excellent location. It’s five minutes walk to the main gate of the park. There are many restaurants around for breakfast, lunches and dinners. We enjoy our stay and will stay this hotel again if we come back to this area.
