Trying to find the hotel was the slightly difficult part unless you know what to look for, but they do have a big poster on the entrance at street level. The apartment was lovely and light. The reception staff were very helpful and also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Very good location close to local shops. Do bring ear plugs though as during morning you can hear the traffic below. Would still recommend them. Good view from the room. Catch a didi to the intersection of the Jiefang Road and Yingbin Road. About 2-3 mins walk from there to building entrance. Floor 17A.

the loft room was amazing, lot of space that kids enjoyed! the breakfast was rich, but not much continental - however, we were the only western tourists there at the time. the staff attention was great, and even english spoken, which has not been very common during our other stays in china..

The staff at the hotel's front desk were warm and thoughtful. The check-in and check-out procedures were very quick. They also provided me with a lot of practical travel suggestions. The room was clean and hygienic, the hotel environment was good, and it was a very comfortable experience.

The hotel is close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station, and it is also convenient to take a taxi to the Seventy-two Wonders Tower The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast. The hotel's noodle soup is tasteless, which is a bit of a waste. Everything else is OK

Amazing treat. The owner was really useful and helpful. The room is very comfortable and fancy. the view is just of the downtown neighborhood, full of skyscrapers as you can see from the hotel pictures. The discount offered for the entrance to tianmen mountain and national park is recommended. The hotel is just 15min walk to tianmen cable car entrance and 10min to the bus station. Be aware that in the mountain there are around 10C less than the city! The day before we had 30C and the day after rain and 10C, however we didn't expect snow! If you arrive by high speed train, the high speed train station is outside the city, take the bus lines 17 or 6 for about 45min, however a taxi will be just faster. On the way to the national park/wulingyuan, the bus station was complicated to find and use as a foreigner, so we ended up taking the taxi. To reach the airport it is just 10-30rmb taxi ride (no bus available from the area).

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very nice and spacious and the staff were so lovely. We even had delicious afternoon tea there, got a late check out and spent time in the beautifully decorated seating area. The staff ordered us a taxi for free to the airport too! Unfortunately, our room had a terrible smoke smell when turning on the A/C even though we booked a non smoking room. We told the staff about this but the rooms were fully booked so we could not move. They did help a bit by providing room spray but we had to leave the A/C off and keep the windows open the entire time and it was uncomfortably hot. Wish I could write a more positive review because the staff were so kind but the smell of smoke is unacceptable to me when booking a non smoking room.

The housekeeper was very nice. They informed me of the check-in information in advance and I didn't have to worry about anything during the whole process. They were very welcoming. The room was clean and hygienic. The location is very good in the city center. Highly recommended

The hotel met our expectations, providing a comfortable stay. The complimentary pick-up service from the train station was a delightful touch. The friendly driver greeted us holding a sign with my name and thoughtfully met us at the entrance, rather than the agreed meeting point upstairs. The use of a Mercedes-Benz V-Class MPV added a touch of luxury to the journey! The all-female front desk staff, both during the day and night shifts, were friendly and accommodating, promptly fulfilling our requests for extra bottles of water and umbrellas. When an unexpected issue required us to switch rooms from a non-smoking floor (Level 12) to a smoking-permitted floor (Level 11) in the middle of the night, the night shift staff member managed to find a room of the same type and design. We were pleased to find that there was no cigarette odour in the room, thanks to the hotel’s effective housekeeping practices. The hotel’s central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Popular sites like Tianmen Mountain and the 72 Wonder Tower were easily accessible via DiDi, with fares under CNY10. The comfortable bed provided a restful sleep after our red-eye flight. The hotel offers a diverse range of in-room entertainment, featuring a selection of free TV shows, dramas, and movies from various countries. While not all are the latest releases, the complimentary programmes were engaging, providing more variety than some hotels that offer only standard local TV channels. Breakfast offerings were standard, but the coffee quality was better than what we had experienced at other hotels. The free-flow coffee station in the lobby was a welcome perk. Areas for improvement: (a) Consider reducing oil usage in cooking to cater to international guests and enhance the overall dining experience. (b) Introduce name tags for all staff members to improve professionalism and facilitate guest interactions.

The suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The service attitude was also very good, meeting the personalized needs of our family. The location of the hotel is also good, and there are also food nearby.

Location of the hotel was very good for our visit. 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The room was a good size for 2 people. But the bathroom was very small, you almost sit on the toilet when showering. The room smelled like smoke, using the air conditioner made it worse. There was an ash tray in the room, they promised us there was no smell and nobody had smoked in the room. Because of the smell we moved the beds as close to the windows as possible and slept with the windows open. They also arranged a taxi to our new hotel in Wulingyuan, price was very good. But at the time of departure suddenly the price increased. We managed to keep the original price. But instead of a 25 minute trip we spend 1h30 in the car. They had to pick someone else up in the opposite direction of where we were going. The bus is only 12 Yuan drives every 5 minutes and is super close. So you are warned.
