Top 5-Star Hotels in Zhangjiajie

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. George from the concierge was very helpful in booking our tickets. The location is fantastic, close to East Gate, with major attractions just a few kilometers away. Although we hired a Didi, it's also possible to walk to these attractions. The western food section in the restaurant could use some improvement; the pizza tasted more like cheese on bread than an actual pizza. However, the breakfast buffet was quite nice. We definitely recommend this place for families, as the pool is great for both kids and adults after a long day of walking.

Our holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.  We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability  to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly. Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.  The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.   The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity  to our vegetarian meal requests.  Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.     Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.     I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place  also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her.  Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.  We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious. It was a nice stay here! Very close (walking distance) to the cable way up to the Tianmen mountain. And the river in front of the hotel. The room was big. No noise during sleep. Breakfast was nice, not busy and on high floor with view. Service was good with some small fruits and deserts with kind messages. Good hotel for visiting the mountain.

Very close to the entrance of Zhangjiajie West, this small but highend countryside villa resort is well-appointed, clean, and with beautiful views of the Zhangjiajie mountains in the distance. We had breakfast every morning and two dinners in the villa restaurant which were delicious. While far away from the Zhangjiajie City, the location wad perfect for people seeking quiet, natural countryside living in a highend villa.

The hotel is amazing, service, cleaness and facility wise We absolutely satisfied. The breackfast was included and was international and Absolutely delicious. Great variety. The only thing that upsad us was, the fact that tbe swiming pool didn't workbut other wise the hotel is like palace. Its 15 min drive from the main attraction, so wherever wr go we use a taxi. We had 2 nights and 3 days, was amazing taht we visited Avatar mountain and the glass bridge along with so many other activities

The room service was enthusiastic and cleaned every day for three days. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the executive lounge on the tenth floor. The dining environment is quieter and the variety is more diverse. It is also close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Overall, I am very satisfied.

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

The room is clean and the hotel front desk service is good. The location is very close to Tianmen Mountain or 72 Wonderful Towers. The breakfast is also rich. It would be better if the signs outside the hotel lobby were clearer.

We recently enjoyed a delightful four-day stay at your hotel. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, was exceptionally well-trained, kind, and professional. Our room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the balcony, which offered a breathtaking view of the picturesque mountains. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the coffee was equally enjoyable. The hotel’s convenient location near the East entrance to the park and the main street with various restaurants and shops added to our overall positive experience.

This time we traveled off-peak, and my boyfriend and I chose to take a day off after the National Day to check in at Zhangjiajie. We arrived at night, and the hotel's exterior was very beautiful, which made people excited as soon as they entered the door. The lobby is so big and magnificent, just like what Xiaohongshu recommends, it feels like ”Little Venice”, and it's very beautiful to take pictures! We ordered food in the evening, and it might be peak time, so there were a lot of people, but the dining atmosphere was very good and we felt very comfortable. We also had a buffet the next day, and ate and ate all the way 😁😁😁～
