The room pretty much looked like in the picture I saw in the app, good lighting, bright colours, cozy and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable, and the tv had many channels to choose from. The bathroom had hot water all the time.The room was very clean. I have had breakfast ready for me to take out, and this was a pleasant surprise as I didn't expect it. My room was on the side of the building where the noise from the construction site could be heard, but even so I wasn't bothered much, as the windows blocked most of the noise.What they could do a bit better is deep-clean the carpets from time to time, the one in my room was a bit stained. There is a long piece of metal over the carpet in one part of the room transferring from the room to the small hall near the mirror, when I stepped on it, it stinged me a bit under my left foot, so hope that someone can check that for the future guests. All in all, very good experience, good service at the front desk, and, yes, definitely I plan to come back to stay here.

I came to Zhangjiajie to travel with my friends. After getting off the bus, I found this store on the Internet. It seems to be a local chain store. First of all I have to say that his service is very good. The weather changed and cooled down that day. When we checked in at the hotel, the young lady poured a cup of tea for me and my friend, and gave me a breakfast roll. The hotel is located in a retro style, and the facilities are very good. Well, after entering the room, the room is next to the river, and you can enjoy the scenery at night. The sanitation is also very clean and there is a snack street behind it. I feel that the price is not expensive. It's a good deal to live in his house, and the breakfast is also very good. Local specialty rice noodles! Recommend to friends who come to travel.

The room allotted ‘Mountain View’ suite had a fabulous view of the mountains. Four balconies provided ample opportunities to see the breathtaking views. You can time lapse the mist from the cloud forest as long as you want. The interior decoration of the suite is also very elegant. The friendly Manager/Owner are very helpful and prompt to guest needs. In fact took the onus of driving us down the hill to buy personal stuff. The location of the hotel is somewhat off the busy locality downhill. So if you prefer tranquillity this is a good choice. If you are concerned on the availability of daily needs then there is a small convenience store with the hotel, but with limited choices. But the owner is very responsible to organize the same for you. The lovely lady manager of the canteen made sure to wait for us before winding off the breakfast and dinner. In fact the meals were customized as per request. The taste had the flavor of home cooked meals. The hotel has some scope of improvement in terms of regular check on maintenance and house keeping. General cleanliness in the complex is good with possible improvement within the accommodation building, perhaps the corridors can use some decoration with colorful potted plants. I am sure the hotel will attract more foreigners to enjoy the ambience around if they keep in mind on improving the scopes mentioned. A point to note is it’s proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance. Very much recommendable for families.

The store is really super caring. Added me immediately when I first made the reservation, helped me plan the transportation to the store, and also helped me collect a lot of couriers. I also kept in touch during the three-day itinerary, and helped me make travel plans according to the weather. Hope to see Zhangjiajie in the heavy snow next time

The room is smaller than expected. The room with a balcony is a bit crowded. The photos show that the garden environment and the actual situation are different. Near the south gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park, there are many merchants around the area who solicit customers. It is generally expensive to eat. There is nothing to go shopping. It is recommended to go to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and stay near the East Gate. Really not recommended to stay

I gave it five points not because it is worth five points, but because the highest possible rating is five points. The environment and facilities are all designed to be very warm. I originally wanted to stay for one day but was not satisfied and wanted to move to another place the next day. I moved in and decided to continue. I came in When I arrived, I didn’t know whether it was the boss or the staff at the front desk. They were very considerate and helped me park the car, help me plan the route, and also helped me buy tickets for various attractions. It was convenient not to mention that there were discounts. I will book here next time I bring my mother to Zhangjiajie. I didn’t. If you want to take pictures, I’m really satisfied with this place. Ignore the mess I made in the room.
