The main feature of traveling is a relaxing and comfortable experience. This time I felt the warmth and enthusiasm of the homestay in the distant home. I personally think that good service is to enjoy material services while nourishing the heart. The biggest difference between hotels and homestays is that hotels are standardized and convenient accommodation services, and homestays are emotional resonances between humanity and nature. Vacations are definitely more inclined to the environment of homestays. This stay experience is particularly good. First of all, the natural environment of the homestay is particularly good. It is surrounded by mountains and valleys, surrounded by mountains and water, and the road conditions are also quite good. The homestay is relatively close to the high-speed rail station, Tianmen Mountain, and the 72 Wonders Tower. The drive is about 20-30 minutes. The service of the housekeeper is very good. The housekeeper, Manager Song, accompanied us throughout the activity time of the homestay, paid close attention to every need of ours, and talked to us about the origin of the entire homestay, the story of each courtyard, the various supporting facilities in the park, and the boss's blueprint for the future. I really feel the love of the employees here for the place where they live. There is also a swimming pool here for checking in and taking photos, as is common in regular B&Bs, but their swimming pool is bigger, an 800-square-meter infinity pool with particularly good water quality. The catering is even more worth mentioning. They even have their own bakery and western restaurant, which is really thoughtful. But I love the Chinese food here more. The authentic Tujia cuisine is very much in line with my taste and must be praised.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel California. The location is perfect ( only 10 min walk to the tianmen ticket station) with plenty of restaurants near by. the room is clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower had excellent pressure and consistent hot water! The host was very kind and helped giving us tips on how to navigate the Tianmen park. We loved it and we will certainly recommend Hotel California to our friends.

I was looking for an easy stay in the nature. This was totally perfect. I choose the biggest room, with veranda and big bathtub. The room was really good, spacey with nice living-room side. Bathroom was very good with big spa bathtub. Everything is working well, air conditioning, shower, bathtub… only small point is there is no fridge in the room but the owner was keeping our stuff in the kitchen fridge. It’s said that there is a swimming pool, but not in the property. This can be arranged by the owner to have a splash in another place. Super close to quiet entrance of south east entrance of the park where we could also do Covid test… 300 meters. The owner was carrying us where we wanted to go for a fee. DiDi is not super easy to get there. Restaurant next to thé hôtel was very tasty. Just don’t expect anyone to speak English around, but with Wexin, all problems get smoother with translation… The landscape in front of the hotel is very nice and you can walk on pavement between rice, corn, pepper, eggplants…super relaxing for city people Thus hostel is what you need to relax in quiet place and very very access to wonderful Zhangjiajie National park.

The room is really super big, there is plenty of space for the cubs to run around, and there is a swimming pool next to it for swimming. I think they are so happy that they don’t want to go to the scenic spot at all. There is a huge terrace at the entrance of the hotel. You can sit there and have breakfast and look at the opposite door The scenery is just like in fairyland. The scenery in Zhangjiajie is also very beautiful. The homestay is very close to the ticket station of Zimugang. Thanks to the guidance and planning of the route by the lady of the homestay, otherwise there will be a lot of wrong roads. Service: The B&B housekeeper is considerate and not very accustomed to the climate in Hunan. He will adjust the room air conditioner to the appropriate temperature in advance. In the evening, he will also send evening stews and snacks. When you check in, you can see a warm little card and a small fruit platter. A very satisfying trip to Zhangjiajie. I like Beizheng B&B. The boss and his wife are super nice. They were waiting at the door before we arrived. Just tell them what breakfast you like. You can drink any kind of beverages. It feels great to be at home. I like the terrace on the fifth floor of their house the most. It is so comfortable to sit in a rocking chair at night, eat the fruits that the boss bought for us, and chat. I highly recommend this store. It feels so important. The room decoration style is modern and simple. It looks very comfortable and not exaggerated. L'Occitane bath and Dyson are a good match. Thanks to the boss and his wife, I look forward to seeing you next time.

We had a wonderful stay here! Managers were very helpful, location was beautiful but a little out of the way. Didn't matter too much as cars were easy to get and managers were happy to drop off and pick up to closest gate. Food was great, and the little lake our room looked over was so serene. Highly recommend over the big hotels in Wulingyuan. Our shower did leak a bit, so we used towels to mop up floor after, but the cleaners gave us fresh towels everyday anyway.

The price/performance ratio is relatively high, and it's not far from the scenic spot. You can get a variety of local specialties when you go out. The hotel also comes with breakfast, so you won't have a problem eating until you're full. Overall good value for money

The hotel was as advertised, it was clean and beautiful. The view was nice, located by a stream. It was conveniently located close to the entrance of the national forest park. There are many restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores located around the hotel so food was not a worry. The owner was very nice and friendly, planned our ZJJ trip for us! We did not have much planning, he tailored our trips for us and booked our tickets for us (cable cars, buses, lift and tram ride). It is also to DiDi in ZJJ which make travelling between places very convenient. It was a very cosy and comfortable stay. ❤️
