Hotel is very good, location is incredible and rooms are large and comfortable. Would have been 5/5 but we had a very unpleasant situation on the last morning. The employee asking us where we were going (TiAnmen Mountain) and trying to force us to do check out at 7 am meanwhile we planned to come back from our activity right before midday and do the check out. She was very inflexible, saying we had to do checkout and leave the bag at the reception, that we could not make it on time, I never saw this in my entire life. It’s our own responsibility and privacy, we do what we want and if check out is midday, we can leave at midday. At the end, we came back at 11h30, had the time to enjoy a quick shower and stuff like that before check out. They lost a client unfortunately.

This hotel really near with lots of good eats and cable car station.
Its also near the Zhangjiajie railway station (not west).

The accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, and the facilities are complete. The location of the accommodation is near the bus station to Wulingyuan. There are many restaurants downstairs.
The hotel sells tickets to various places at a cheaper price. You can contact the hotel to book tickets in advance for line A to go up Tianmen Mountain, which sells out very quickly. You should book in advance.

The location of the hotel is near the Ropeway. The rooms are big and clean. The service was friendly and the hotel gave us some tips on how to go about exploring Tianmenshan. Overall very satisfied with the hotel.

Staff is helpful, room is great! Ropeway station is a short walk away, going to 72 Qilou is also very accessible.

We had a great stay! Thanks to the comments, it was easy to find. The hotel is on the 13A floor and is very clean, with well-functioning heating.
The view of the cable car passing through the city is stunning! The location is excellent—very close to the Tianmen cable car, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby.
And the bathtub with hot water is such a great plus on winter days. The staff is nice and friendly!
All in all, everything was perfect—we highly recommend this place!

Stayed for about a week and it was well worth the price, has a few restaurants around. Nice clean facilities which are modern with big spacious beds and room, only weird part is the first two days they wouldn't clean our room properly ie towels and toilet paper not replaced, bed not made was really really noisy from above the last few nights too but other than that the people were nice and the hotel owners were hind, even letting me do some washing. Would definitely stay again.

I choose this hotel to spend my birthday. Very nice room. Very nice view from the window to the cablecars. The room is big, quiet and bed is comfortable. The host didn’t speak english but met me and was kind. Location is ok but ask to help you to find the exit. The cableway is near 5-7 minutes. Cross the road near Hilton.
