The B&B is very good. I will choose this one next time I come to Zhangjiajie. I also highly recommend it to my friends.

I chose this B&B based on the good reviews from previous tourists. I was full of imagination at first. But after arriving, I found that it was quite different from what I imagined. After getting off the bus, I discovered that it was a residential area. I thought that the B&B would be next to a scenic spot, in an environment with green waters and green mountains. Then I called Ms. *** and she came to take us to the side of the road, in a small alley. This B&B was renovated from a private house and is surrounded by private houses. The environment is very average. Went to the rooftop to enjoy the scenery. The view during the day was not good and there were obstructions all around. I was quite disappointed. But at night, after the ambient lights are turned on, it still looks good. Children like the rocking chairs on the rooftop and the little loaches in the small pool very much. They go up to watch them for a long time every day. The room is similar to the photos online, the toiletries and hair dryer are good, L'Occitane Dyson. The bed was also very comfortable. The young lady inside speaks in a gentle and gentle manner. Any questions are answered enthusiastically. The breakfast was not very delicious. I stayed for 2 nights and had to catch the high-speed train on the third day and didn't have time to have breakfast. I originally wanted to pack up and leave, but I couldn't make it in time.

When you arrive at the B&B, a butler will come out to receive you. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is responsive. I would like to give you a small suggestion. You can add a shelf in the bathroom.

I took my children to Zhangjiajie to play, and they liked the hotel very much. It looks like a very ordinary alley on the outside, but when you enter the gate, it becomes a different artistic conception. The room is relatively large and clean. The sister at the front desk and the aunt who does the cleaning are very polite and enthusiastic. A hotel worth recommending.

The room was very clean and beautiful. The B&B is located in an alley and is easy to find. The housekeeper was also very enthusiastic and helped us carry our luggage and arrange parking. She even cooked brown sugar and ginger soup for us in advance when we went out to play. The boss was also very talkative and we happened to meet each other during our stay. The configuration of the room is indeed good, including a Dyson hair dryer, but only one hair dryer is considered high-end. But overall it’s still not good. The windows in the room are very small and most of them are made of opaque glass. It’s a bit depressing to live in there. The biggest problem in the room is the hygiene. When I woke up in the morning, I saw three spiders on the left side of the bed. When I took my phone to take pictures, Two of them ran away and one of them was beaten to death. In an instant, I felt a lot better about the room. Another big problem was that the air-conditioned air in the room could blow right onto the bed. After sleeping all night, my wife and I both caught colds. My daughter-in-law is still a pregnant woman, so she is really suffering. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel were quite nice. I originally wanted to extend my stay for one night, but after I mentioned the problem, I was asked to move to a suite two levels higher. However, I was not very familiar with the business and was a bit lazy. Objectively speaking, a 4-star B&B has good hardware, but the hygiene can be so poor. Hygiene does not depend on whether it is clean in general, but on the cleanliness of many details. The air conditioner wind can blow onto the bed no matter what, which shows that there is a big problem with the design.
