Host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He helped plan our 3 days itinerary, gave clear explanation, and purchased all our attraction tickets. Any questions were very quickly responded by wechat. We took 15-30mins Didi rides everywhere. When we came back late at night, the host offered a ride to convenience store and nearby restaurant. Our room AC was cold and the 2 double beds was spacious for us with 2 teens. There was also a laundry room. We were given 1 complimentary kids breakfast. And lastly waking up with the mountain view was amazing! Thank you for the hospitality!

Quite possibly out favourite place we stayed during our three week trip in China. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay more. Everything about this place was fantastic, the scenery, the view, the cleanliness, and the extremely friendly owners who really went above and beyond to make us happy. We were almost disappointed when we booked the stargazing suite because due to the weather, precipitation had formed on the ceiling glass. However the owner had went up to the roof and squeegeed the water off so that we could enjoy the stars. I did not ask him to do it, I merely showed my disappointment. I don’t know how you even top that. This was also one of the cleanest hotels we had in China, we paid special attention to cleanliness of the washroom and bathroom areas throughout our trip and we were very pleased. The complimentary local breakfast was also tasty (but spicy). The host was also very knowledgeable about Zhangjiajie National Park and gave us great suggestions on what routes to take and what to avoid. Extremely charming place, and was very sad to leave!

Great amenities, wonderful, friendly, and helpful host. Outstanding views and close to the park entry. The bed was super comfy and the outdoor balcony bath was next level. Highly recommend this accommodation for any english speaking travellers.

**Review for Qiquan Homestay** Qiquan Homestay is a beautiful, peacefully located hotel in the mountains with a lovely restaurant and a terrace. The rooms are clean and feature large windows. The staff is very helpful, and the young employees in the restaurant are very attentive and friendly. I was especially impressed by how the staff accompanied me to the hospital and assisted with translation when I needed a rabies vaccination. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to reach the South Gate and 15 minutes to get to a less-visited entrance. A small refrigerator in the room would be a nice addition, but overall, Qiquan Homestay is highly recommended for a pleasant and peaceful stay in the mountains with a great ambiance.

Excellent location. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The chefs cook good homely food. If you want to explore Huanxi village, you have to stay at this hotel.

A wonderful stay with great views . Mr Xu has been very kind and supportive for our needs . Helped me a lot , assisted with the tours and also with bungee jumping . Amazing staff .

Great value for the price! The owner of the hotel is kind, genuine and helpful, and made our stay here truly enjoyable. We had an issue with our original room and he immediately moved us to a different room and gave us an upgrade as an apology. He also gave us lots of good advice on exploring the sites in Zhangjiajie, which routes to take, and helped us book tickets etc.. Service is excellent, the hotel also provides a complimentary drop off and pick up service for guests for locations within a few minutes (such as restaurants). The atmosphere at the hotel is calm and peaceful, with beautiful mountain views - great for couples, family or friends.

Good value! It’s very private, quiet place and very close to Zhangjiajie National Forest. The host is very kind and supportive, he helped to book tickets and advised on the route to visit Zhangjiajie. The room has many facilities to keep warm. Nice place to stay.

One of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed. The service was excellent, the staff was always kind and helpful. We don’t speak Chinese at all and didn’t know much about Jhangjiajie, but our trip became wonderful because of their help. The room was beautiful and clean. We could have nice and relaxing time there. I recommend the room which has transparent ceiling, stars at night is so beautiful.

The location was picture perfect and the room was beyond expectations. The host was so helpful with booking last minute tickets to the Fox Fairy Musical and pick up from the National Park. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great hotel with good location. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful. You can have a great diner every evening. 3min away from the South Gate with a free driver from the hotel. I recommend 100%
