客房很新又大，離景區和魅力湘西很近，乾淨又整潔，床睡着很舒服，老闆娘超熱情，見我們打不到車，開私家車送我們到車站，很暖心，武陵源風景很美的士普遍繞路和調錶，有點失望

房間小了點兒但應有盡有。最滿意的就是熱水和空調，熱水夠熱水壓夠大，晚上那麼冷洗個熱燥超級舒服☺️有什麼事找老闆娘基本都會給解決，很熱情，服務很好。就是跟團來的住客有點吵影響休息，其他沒什麼毛病。附近都是客棧、餐館、超市、足浴，非常方便。溪布街、寶峯湖等都可以走過去。整體來説性價比超高！

房間有很重的黴味，被子感覺臟臟的，榻榻米床被套還有臟印子，被套等沒有每天換洗，房間地板感覺沒有拖地，廁所沖水總是失靈，沖不了水，洗漱池的水龍頭不好用，一下子螺絲掉下來了，一下子水龍頭帽掉了，洗漱池下面衞生也不乾淨，建議旅遊者還是選擇正規的大酒店住環境衞生會好些
