The hosts are nice, location is convenient n near the cable car stn. However, no bottled water, bathroom floor rug needs replacement.
Beds are comfy n clean. Only 1 bath towel in our room, but can request for extra towels.
I wud come again to support small owner operated inns.

Very bad experience. We spent 2 nights in this accommodation and in the middle of winter at 2 degrees, they turned off the hot water and you couldn't turn on the hot air conditioning. It only worked for two hours after 8pm. So we had to stay in the room with thermal clothing, coats, a scarf and warming the bed with the hairdryer. We asked the accommodation staff several times and they didn't pay attention. We think they should give more importance to customer service...
