The owner is very welcoming. We have arrived late (after 23h) and she has been there. We've stayed only one night in this nice flat with a good wifi. She has found a luggage storage next the Tianmen moutain where we have visited all the day. Thanks a lot.

We had a nice and cosy 3-week stay in Zhang Jia Jie at Zero Pressure luxury dream apartment hotel. The studio room we had was very reasonably priced for the location and kitchen facility, cosy and a decent size for a long stay. Our host Ming Ying was extremely helpful by providing us with sufficient toiletries and water for 3 week stay. She was also very prompt in her responses and generous in offering us frequent cleaning even though we didn't expect it. She went the extra mile to help us in our time here given we are quite lost in terms of navigating the Chinese mobile apps to get around, withdraw money and even buy items online. The room is good for people who plan to dine out, though they have a basic setup of an induction cooker and wok and rice cooker. We loved the breakfast place downstairs on the same block and had some great eats in the nearby area. The room deco is bright and colourful, and while the curtains are nice and cheery bright colour, do note that if you are a light sleeper, best to bring an eye mask to block out the sunlight entering in in the morning. All in all, we are very pleased with our stay and the hospitality received by our helpful and hardworking host Ming Ying.

I traveled alone and this was the best B&B I stayed in during this holiday. The price was quite cheap compared to the facilities and cleanliness. I like this B&B very much. If I come to Zhangjiajie again in the future, I will only choose to stay here. I am very satisfied and it is very clean.

I have been in Hunan for a week. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment, service, hygiene and price are all excellent. We are from the north and came to Zhangjiajie to play and wanted to stay in a mahjong room. We played mahjong with 136 cards. But many hotels only have 112 cards. The housekeeper directly bought a new machine and put it in the room. This service made me really happy. If I was not in a hurry to leave, I would really like to stay for a few more days. Such a boss must have a prosperous business. I will come again if I have the opportunity to come to Zhangjiajie in the future.

The location is very convenient to Tianmen Mountain, just a ten-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants nearby, which are quite good.

The room is clean and the housekeeper has a good service attitude. He can help us book discounted tickets for major scenic spots and explain the itinerary.
