The first time I came to Zhangjiagang, I took my parents on a spring trip. I was very surprised to enjoy the various services from the hotel. I am very grateful to all the service staff of the hotel. Your enthusiasm and sincerity let us see the level and quality of first-class service. Before checking in, the hotel's waiter, whose online name is Tomato Puppy, called us in advance to confirm and arrange the vehicle entry system so that we could pass in time. Special thanks to him for helping us upgrade the room, which my parents felt was very worthwhile. Xiao Song at the front desk was enthusiastic and treated the elderly like relatives, making my parents feel at home. I also enjoyed the warm care and care from the waiter when I was eating in the restaurant. The hotel's sanitary environment is very clean and tidy, spotless. I have been to Hong Kong so many times, and the hotel I booked this time was not very convenient. I had the opportunity to go to the island for the first time😂😂😂 Take the ferry according to the schedule, and walk about 10 minutes to arrive. It is said to be a hot spring hotel...but none of the pools are open, maybe because the weather is too cold. The bedding in the room, including bath towels, is not as clean as star hotels. The ferry was suspended due to heavy snow for breakfast the next day, and the chef could not come, resulting in only noodles for breakfast (but the taste was very good) No latte☕️ Then Americano ➕ some fresh milk~~~ Fortunately, we encountered heavy snow that we haven't seen in many years, and the snow is a sign of a good harvest❄️

The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.
