Phoenix Hotspring Resort

The cabin I stayed in was pet-friendly and had a private hot spring. The entire cabin was enclosed and required a card to enter and exit. Dogs could run and play freely inside. It was a very nice hotel.

The room's air conditioner was incredibly noisy, and there were pen marks on the blankets. The two-night hot spring wellness package was different, and the service quality was far worse than before. I'm really speechless. 😓

The room is indeed very big, but the decoration and facilities inside are so poor that I can't praise it. The hot spring is also really average, not as good as it is said on the Internet. It is very different from what I imagined, so I probably won't be tempted to go there on impulse!

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, so it's not suitable to go outdoors because there are mosquitoes everywhere. Is there a clean toilet seat in the cabin? In the main room, I saw slugs and centipedes, which were the most common mosquitoes. It was quite scary. The cabinet under the sink kept popping up by itself, which might be due to the aging of the facilities.

I came here with my children ten years ago and it was very good. I chose to come here again during the May Day holiday. It was great value, not many people, good service attitude, unlimited hot springs during the stay, and there is also a water park for children. It was fun.

The room was large, clean and tidy. Breakfast has a rich variety of Chinese and Western styles. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the hot springs is very considerate. We also received a surprise souvenir at checkout - hot and fragrant egg tarts. Pleasant hot spring trip, recommended! 

The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.
