This is not a bad choice for accommodation, but it has made people feel dissatisfied. This is our second time to participate (the time difference between visit and sightseeing is huge), and we clearly noticed that the quality has deteriorated during that time. I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

Fortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights. The first one, we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I ordered a club sandwich (which was the priciest sandwich on the menu) and it came with like singles yellow cheese. If you’re going to use that, don’t charge like you’re using real cheese. The next morning, the service at breakfast was terrible. Also, the food took forever and it wasn’t tasty at all. The next day, when we arrived in the afternoon, the card keys weren’t working. I had to go to the lobby where there was a line because apparently everyone in the hotel was having the same problem. They fixed it and later, that same night, it stopped working again. The room was ok and the facilities were clean. So if you can avoid the food, the service and don’t mind a few trips to the lobby to get your card key fixed, this hotel might work for you.
