The check in process was "smart check-in", where guests receive the passcode to the room via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email (not in junk/spam either), and was stuck outside the room, trying to call a call center that had already closed for the day. There was also no reply to the email I had sent via the Trip app. In the end, I had to ask the guest staying in another room for the phone number of the person directly in-charge of the facility, so that I could call them to get the password and check-in code. The facility exceeded my expectations, but the check-in process due to the missing email was too stressful and unpleasant. I may use the facility again, but I will book it through another app to prevent such problems again.

The room is very comfortable and nice, but you need to confirm with the landlord how to check in when you check in. The location is very good, very close to Jinlin Lake, but you need to have very good driving skills as the road is very small.

There were some minor problems when checking in. Because I did not receive an email from the hotel, I needed to contact the hotel through trip.com customer service to get the door opening code. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk from Jinlin Lake to the hotel. The location is quite satisfactory. The interior decoration of the hotel is good, and the outdoor hot spring is a must-have. I recommend it to everyone.

Customer service originally said that the landlord would send me the password between 2 and 3 pm that day, but the landlord didn't send it. I called and asked before sending it to me, but the password was still wrong! ! Make me make an international call to the landlord and ask for the password again It would be bad if you don’t know English or Japanese😅

Overall, the CL value is high, but the location is not easy to find, and it takes a while to park.

It was a little difficult because the reservation was not smooth. It seems that communication with the local manager was not good. It was nice to have Kinrin Lake nearby and a public hot spring. You may be reluctant because it is a mixed bath, but once you go there, it is fun and good. It's a bit embarrassing, but I'm just trying to draw it haha The onsen in the bathroom is also nice. The night sky looks good.

The room is spacious, quiet and clean. Stayed with a 1 year old baby. It was nice because it was a private hot spring, but the size was a bit small. I'm still satisfied.

The room is spacious, fully equipped, has a private hot tub, close to Kinrin Lake, can walk, has parking.

I was concerned about the chairs being wobbly and the stains on the chair cushions and sofa, but the open-air bath in the room was nice.

The building is new and clean. The living room is spacious, and 3 beds + kitchenette + simple table are enough. Laundry (drum-type washing and drying machine) is attached to each room, and it is nice that it is easy to use, including detergent, free of charge. There is a stone open-air bath separate from the shower booth, where you can relax. It is in a quiet location, just a 2-3 minute walk to Lake Kinrinko. The key is a type in which a 4-digit number is sent by e-mail just before entering, so if you miss the e-mail, you will not be able to enter the room, so be careful. Even after check-in, the door will be unlocked with that 4-digit number each time. Overall satisfaction is 10, but there are two points that I was concerned about. ・As you can see in the photo, the parking lot is conveniently located in front of the building, but the approach to it and the turnaround space are quite narrow, so we had a hard time getting our minivan (Toyota Noah) to fit. I think that a minivan is just barely enough, and a car larger than that is not possible. The road is narrow and difficult to understand, so it is better to arrive while it is still bright. ・Check-in is done via the iPad app after entering the building, but it was a little troublesome, such as being asked to upload a face photo.
