It takes about twenty minutes to walk slowly from Yufuin Station to the hotel? There are ACOOP and another large supermarket nearby, as well as a convenience store. There seem to be only three guest rooms in total, all with different names. Breakfast was exquisite. There is a TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and bathrobes in the room.
