Was nice and clean also great location with the river right near you

Fantastic property in a perfect location – a quiet spot on the river, away from the crowds but a short walk to the city centre.

The room is clean and the riverside view is absolutely stunning!

Clean and modern. The hotel is next to a river and is a short walk to the city centre.

Room is not so clean and a bit of dusty. We found some spider web around the windows.

Great location and has parking that is a bonus. Room was well appointed. Only gripe is no water in the room and cleanliness not the greatest. Has a skylight above the bed that was full of cobwebs Apart from that team very bubbly and would stay again

It’s okay inside the room but a bit dark.

The room is quite big, clean and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped (although we didn't use it). It's a bit far from the city, but York is not big, so it's acceptable.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the train station, and everything else is okay.

I went to York with my partner for a day trip. When we arrived, the room facilities were old. There was only one waiter in the whole hotel, and his attitude was terrible. The first room was assigned to the first floor, near the entrance. It was very noisy. Everyone who entered the room could see into the room, so we changed the room to the third floor. After taking a shower, I lifted the quilt and found that the whole quilt was rotten with a big hole, there were countless hairs on the sheets, and blood on the pillows, so they didn't change the bedding. I called the front desk to change the sheets and quilt covers, but the front desk got angry and refused to change them, and asked us to solve it ourselves! Then he said wait five minutes and I will change them for you. I waited for two hours and no one responded, so I went downstairs to find him, and his attitude was also very bad.
