Very good service at reception and restaurant. Delicious breakfast.

Once again we have had a great time The staff are always friendly and helpful the breakfast is great York city is easy to reach from Wheatland lodge hotel either by walking or catching a bus we've been here 12 times over the last 3 years and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Environment: It is a small bungalow in the traditional British architectural style, very beautiful Service: The staff is very enthusiastic and patient in introducing the map😄 Facilities: Although a bit old, it does not affect the use Hygiene: Everywhere is clean and tidy 👍 If there is a chance, I would like to stay there for a few days❤️❤️ English breakfast is also delicious😋

It only takes 12 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is a white house, which is very beautiful. Especially in winter, the golden trees and warm sunshine make people feel particularly beautiful. The room size is not bad! Big bed, breakfast included! Convenient to York attractions and dining

一棟好看的房子，房間不大但東西齊全，離火車站不遠，早餐也不錯，門口的花花草草很好看，性價比高，約克基本都是步行。

非常美的酒店，裝飾和環境都一流棒。酒店有40多年的歷史，裝修有年代感，但內部裝修感覺舒適乾淨。衹是停車院裏車位有限，需要停在不遠處的街邊。

服務好，乾淨衞生，就是淋浴水有點小

Well what can we say? An amazing place with amazing staff couldn't do enough for us when we went out our room was cleaned and made up breakfast was lovely and to top it off its only a few minutes walk or bus ride into the city centre will definitely go back sometime soon 10/10 Thankyou

Fabulous hotel within 10 minutes walk to the centre of York. Would definatley stay again and highly recommend. Room was very spacious, spotlessly clean. Good sitting areas. Bar had a nice atmosphere and the drinks are very reasonably prices. Breakfast was , good quality food, presented very well. All the staff were lovley, a credit to the hotel. A colourful welcoming garden even in late September.

We stayed here for a long weekend with a number of cousins and their spouses. The reception was warm and welcoming, the rooms comfortable and well appointed and the meals were excellent. We were very impressed with the service, particularly at meal times. How they manage to produce so many meals from such a small kitchen amazes me. We were never kept waiting , and the young waiters and waitresses were a real credit. Overall the value for menu was exceptional. Two slight negatives - parking can be a problem (but speak to reception and they deal with it), and as a real ale man the single draft beer available was not to my taste at all. On the positive side however, the wines on offer were at unusually low prices ! We would definitely recommend Wheatlands and will go again.
