great location and nice staff! would be perfect but unfortunately the A/C is not able to cool down the room properly unless you leave it turned on during the entire day (!) just to have a somewhat cool room (gets never below 23 degrees) when you return back in the evening. unfortunately, it seems that the A/Cs are switched off automatically during night time, which makes it unpleasently hot to sleep. reported the issue to the hotel and the only solution they offered us was to switch to a room facing north, which basically means that the A/Cs in all rooms must have this problem.

Great hotel ! Good location. The breakfast can be improved greatly , there’s barely any weather options. The hotel has a laundry room which was great, with both washers and dryers! The gym can be better equipped with heavier weights . The shower was fantastic with great water pressure ! The room was also spacious and clean !

If you have a twin bed, you have to be able to tolerate being exposed. Especially the bathroom. Very inconvenient. There is not even a place to change clothes and hang clothes and towels. 2. Clean and hygienic, especially L’Occitane for bathing. Also comes with 4 bottles of water. 3. Breakfast and afternoon tea are both good. The overall breakfast is proportional to the price. 4. The golden key service is very good. Special praise for the tall man in the lobby who speaks southern Mandarin. He feels like the foreman. Very welcoming and good service. It was past tea time when we checked in, but it was still served to us. The child is very happy.

The room facilities are well-equipped, complete and in line with the conditions of a four-star hotel. I am very satisfied with my stay many times. The service at the front desk is very good. The young lady is skilled in business and the smile service 😊 is very intimate!

From the welcome to the departure everything was perfect with this stay. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the facilities, the pool, the executive lounge and breakfast were great. Special shout out and thanks to a few of the team who helped us, Aria upon arrival and Joanna with her team in the executive lounge. Newly opened hotel in 2023, the location facilities are very good, the lake view room type can see the lake of Yuehai Park, it is very convenient to take a taxi to Lanshan Park to watch the sunset, the front desk also upgraded one of the room types when checking in, the breakfast variety is rich and tastes very good, There are also handmade ramen that are super delicious 😋. It is very convenient to eat and shop in Yuehai Xintiandi downstairs. The fly in the ointment is that all room types cannot accommodate an extra bed. Even if the suites and deluxe rooms are large in size, they do not provide extra beds. It is not particularly friendly for family outings. So I changed to Marriott after staying for two days. After all, the price of booking two rooms during the double festival is also quite expensive. It has exceeded the price of the five-star Marriott Hotel after the extra bed.

The location is in the city center, the hotel is good overall, the service is good, the environment is good, room service is available, and the price is affordable! I thought the hotel would be very noisy in the city center, but I didn't expect the room to be very quiet. The room service was great, and the clothes were unstitched, and the room attendant sewed them up for me! 😂😂 Very caring, breakfast is also very delicious, especially the ramen, tastes quite good, next time I come to Yinchuan, I will still choose this hotel

I didn't know that the epidemic around Yinchuan was so serious until I got off the plane. Wanting to try my luck, I rented a car and drove to Wuzhong County. There were almost no cars on the expressway, and some openings were blocked. After driving for more than an hour, I got off the expressway and drove on the national highway. I was blocked by a row of dirt piles at a place 15 kilometers away from Weizhou Town. After inquiring, I found out that it was closed due to the epidemic. Control the status without leaving home. I had to drive back to Yinchuan, and I chose Marriott, a relatively high-end hotel in Yinchuan, on Ctrip. Marriott's staff are very enthusiastic, and the sanitation is good, which comforted my lost heart. When I learned that the room I booked did not have breakfast, I took the initiative to give me breakfast. They also upgraded my room to a panoramic room, overlooking the entire night view of Yinchuan at night. The exhaustion of the day was relieved by staying at the Marriott Hotel for one night. Due to the epidemic, I have to leave as soon as possible, and I will definitely come to Yinchuan again. I also want to go to Xinjie in Weizhou Town, Wuzhong County to find my own sister whom I have never met.

The location of the hotel is average, there is a night market opposite but there are only three food stalls; the hotel parking is OK. The parking lot on the ground is relatively large but very dry! There are few underground parking spaces and the vehicles are dense and it is very dark. The service is so-so. The cleaners passing by will greet you, read other people’s comments and give food and white fungus soup to the meeting. We don’t have anything, and the order includes the afternoon. Tea supper, afternoon tea, what to eat, what to eat in the summer, I don’t know if the coffee machine is broken, anyway, it’s not lit up, and supper. We stayed last night and we haven’t eaten it. I have seen it, and when I checked in, I didn't say what time it was! Let’s talk about the room. The room is not very big. The sanitation is ok. The bathroom is very awkward. The shower leaks. The bathroom is full of water. The design is dry and wet. Said it was because of the bath upstairs and letting water out! The most complaint is that there is no refrigerator in the star hotel room and it is very speechless! Let’s talk about breakfast. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it’s enough. The breakfast for children is very user-friendly, but after three days of eating, no one at the entrance asked how many people in the room. Feel free to get in and out~ generally so-so! Except for the bathtub in the room, I didn't think it was a star hotel
