I booked a parent-child room with toys and surprisingly, two bathrooms. The decoration of the room is relatively old, the wallpaper is cracked and dusty, the layout of the room is not very good, and it looks very cramped. The door of the shower room can only be opened halfway, and if you are a little fat, you will not be able to get in. The waiter was very nice and changed the stained children's quilt cover. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is an old hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the hotel is well maintained and the bathroom solutions inside are of better brands. The mattress is also a mousse mattress. There was not much price increase during the National Day. The service staff are also well trained. Compared to the hotel I stayed at in Zhongwei, which was newly opened but had cheap room supplies, unreasonable layout, and inadequate services, the experience was much better when I switched to this old hotel. I hope that such an old hotel will last as long as the century-old hotels in Europe.

設施：我覺得3月份，不是旅遊旺季，348的價格在銀川應該也能住個很可以的酒店了吧，但是這個酒店真的令人無語，首先這個半透明的玻璃門不知道是怎麼想的，我跟同事一塊出差的，在裏面洗澡上衞生間都很尷尬！因為透到不行！另外衞生間那個裸露的水管是怎麼回事啊？這都2024年了，怎麼還有這麼low的裝修啊！而且348塊錢，你給我這種裝修？真的太搞笑了。 衞生：衞生就馬馬虎虎，老酒店了，地毯也不怎麼亮堂，反正就是整體比較舊。 環境：地段是我選這家酒店的原因，跟寧夏大劇院，博物館，圖書館就隔條馬路，我前兩天剛在新華街住了223的酒店，各方面都嘎嘎好，想着這邊貴一百多肯定更好一些，萬萬沒想到真的太拉了。 服務：服務給很低分，原因是，剛進店的時候，正好趕上前台上衞生間，行，人有三急嘛，等了五六分鐘，登記的時候，告訴我們，房子是尾房，我説那我們可以升級嗎？不太想住尾房（因為預訂頁面沒有標註是尾房），前台説標間沒了，然後我倆都是女生，就説大床房也可以，加點錢也ok，前台説，那我這裏操作不了哦，你這個是網單，你衹能在網上退了重新訂，我真的第一次聽説還有這種操作，但是我那個已經超過了免費取消的時間，就真的很無語！然後沒辦法，就硬着頭皮住了，第二天我跟同事去開會，中午11點20回來取東西，本來是想趕12點的高鐵返程，結果刷房門就已經房卡失效了，走廊裏有一位保潔阿姨，我們就問她什麼時候退房，她説2點，我説那我房卡怎麼刷不了了，她説那我不知道啊，你得去問前台啊，可能你超時了吧，我心想我前一天晚上入住的我超什麼時？可是對講機就在保潔的車子上，她都沒有拿起來去問，我一直從走廊盡頭走到電梯口才找到一部電話打給前台，前台找人給我開了門，服務人員的服務意識真的不是一般的差，實在是衹能給一顆星。
