Even if it’s called Holiday Inn Downtown, the real downtown is about 30 mins far by car.
THe room is very nice, clean and modern. We were assigned a room at the 24th floor which lets you enjoy a view.
There’s free coffee machine at the reception, best service of the hotel.
In the dining room where breakfast is served there’s a kids playground, very comfortable for parents in order to forget they have kids for few minutes.
Breakfast is average according to my wife. I say there are the best chocolate croissants ever existed. Pay attention that they are kept hidden, I suppose the staff hopes they don’t get finished so they can have some too.
I had 10 of them during the last breakfast, unfortunately I was full and couldn’t eat more of them.
I have no idea why my son (2 years old) kept mentioning this hotel for days, probably he thinks it’s the best in China. I couldn’t agree more if he tried those croissants.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution.
At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products.
You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious.
Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try.

Service was excellent- the room service menu is fairly priced and tasty and all the staff I interacted with were very professional and efficient. Location is pretty central, but also in a quiet area. There are a lot of electric bikes nearby which you can use easily to get to other places in the city. The room was bigger than it seemed online and the floor to ceiling windows were amazing.

Amazing hotel. The concierge, Jay, was extremely helpful in finding a driver and consulting with us on activities in the area. The spa services were top quality and the breakfast was great (and good value for money). Can’t say enough good things about all the service staff at the hotel.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Newly opened hotel in 2023, the location facilities are very good, the lake view room type can see the lake of Yuehai Park, it is very convenient to take a taxi to Lanshan Park to watch the sunset, the front desk also upgraded one of the room types when checking in, the breakfast variety is rich and tastes very good, There are also handmade ramen that are super delicious 😋. It is very convenient to eat and shop in Yuehai Xintiandi downstairs. The fly in the ointment is that all room types cannot accommodate an extra bed. Even if the suites and deluxe rooms are large in size, they do not provide extra beds. It is not particularly friendly for family outings. So I changed to Marriott after staying for two days. After all, the price of booking two rooms during the double festival is also quite expensive. It has exceeded the price of the five-star Marriott Hotel after the extra bed.

GGuest UserA very nice accommodation experience. Although I did not see the stars, I already felt the experience of 4 stars or more. The hotel is very formal and clean, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I sent yogurt and snacks twice after staying for 3 nights. The hotel guests can drink unlimited water. This is a pleasant surprise. The quality of the service staff is relatively good, patient and professional. They are not so fancy, but they are already very good. Ramen is my favorite. Let's also talk about the underground parking lot, which is clean and tidy that many five-star hotels can't reach. In short, next time I go to Yinchuan, I will definitely stay again.

I heard from my mother that I had a younger sister who was separated from me when she was born... I always thought of Ningxia to find my missing sister for 37 years. loved ones. I didn't know that the epidemic around Yinchuan was so serious until I got off the plane. Wanting to try my luck, I rented a car and drove to Wuzhong County. There were almost no cars on the expressway, and some openings were blocked. After driving for more than an hour, I got off the expressway and drove on the national highway. I was blocked by a row of dirt piles at a place 15 kilometers away from Weizhou Town. After inquiring, I found out that it was closed due to the epidemic. Control the status without leaving home. I had to drive back to Yinchuan, and I chose Marriott, a relatively high-end hotel in Yinchuan, on Ctrip. Marriott's staff are very enthusiastic, and the sanitation is good, which comforted my lost heart. When I learned that the room I booked did not have breakfast, I took the initiative to give me breakfast. They also upgraded my room to a panoramic room, overlooking the entire night view of Yinchuan at night. The exhaustion of the day was relieved by staying at the Marriott Hotel for one night. Due to the epidemic, I have to leave as soon as possible, and I will definitely come to Yinchuan again. GGuest UserThe hotel has a very big structure surrounded by green areas, river and lake. Very nice to have a walk there.
The structure includes a very big soft play that our son loved. To be honest we (parents) loved it too and had a lot of fun there. The swimming pool is nice too, though the water was a bit cold.
The room was spacious and clean and had all standard comforts.
Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional.

Ningxia spicy hotpot is very popular recently. After checking in, I couldn't wait to eat spicy hotpot nearby. It is also very convenient to travel~
