Love this hotel! Convenient location, convenient transportation, full of room details~ and forest oxygen bar eggs, my mother, the front desk staff is thoughtful and enthusiastic! The staff service is often thoughtful, will take the initiative to help with the luggage, and also guide the elevator all the way, it is flattered Emma! Recommended fun places and delicious restaurants around, although this business trip is busy and did not go out, 😂 I have a chance to come here again to eat, live and play in the future~

The hotel facilities are relatively complete, the swimming pool and gym are clean, and there is a children's play area. The family of three lived very comfortably this time. The breakfast was rich in variety. We had lunch in the Chinese restaurant. The dishes were also very good, especially the ecological carp stewed in casserole. The hotel staff Zheng Jie and Ma Ping had very good service attitudes. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. I also walked by the lake with my family at night. It was a good choice for off-peak travel. It is worth recommending and will choose again next time.

I just checked out of the Holiday Inn Express Yinchuan Yuehai, and I'd like to share my true experience. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's right on Yuehai Bay, close to Lanshan Park and the Water Park. It's so relaxing to stroll there in the evening and enjoy the breeze. The area isn't noisy, and I slept soundly. It's not far from the high-speed rail station, about a 20-minute taxi ride away. The driver said the location is quite central in Yinchuan. The room is minimalist in style. It's not large, but perfectly adequate. The bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are just the right firmness. Even someone who's a stickler for bed-loving people like me didn't wake up all night. The bathroom has a nice dry/wet area, and the hot water comes quickly. The toiletries are small bottles, which are quite good. The most surprising thing is the self-service laundry room. When I take the kids out, I can wash their dirty clothes anytime, which is so practical. The service was a real plus. The front desk lady at check-in was incredibly friendly and even offered tips for nearby restaurants. The next morning, I woke up late and arrived at the restaurant, where it was almost closing time. The staff didn't rush me and even asked if I wanted an extra fried egg, which was a heartwarming touch. The breakfast selection wasn't amazing, but it was adequate. It included local lamb offal, steamed buns, bread, and milk, a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and my kids enjoyed it. Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again in Yinchuan. It's perfect for a family trip or a business trip, and it's a worry-free stay.

The hotel has a good environment, with a lake behind it and beautiful scenery. The parking lot is large and convenient. There is Ningxia cultural and tourism information in the room. The breakfast is rich in variety, including mutton offal soup, beef noodles and other local specialties.

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

The location is very good. It's in the mall. It's very convenient for watching movies and eating. Hyatt hotels don't provide takeout upstairs, so in winter, you have to go to the takeout counter on the first floor to get it. It's a little inconvenient, but everything else is good. .

The hotel is perfectly located above Yinchuan's bustling shopping mall, offering convenient transportation. Nearby are a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, and a night market. Tea House is just a short walk downstairs. The rooms are fully equipped and very clean. The mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, and the space is spacious, so there's no need to wait for a table. The service was excellent and attentive, especially Li Jiyan, who was very helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

The hardware conditions of the room are not bad, and the matching toiletries are also very exquisite. However, it feels like a hotel operated by a company. I have encountered a company that seems to have a meeting in the restaurant on the first floor. The management is still much worse in details: 1. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom of my room. After informing the waiter, it is impossible to come to the door and pass the toilet paper to me. Good service is no matter what the reason, apologize first, and then enter the door to install the paper roll, instead of handing it to the customer. The button for electric curtains is broken. 3. The bathroom is not small, but I don't know why I put the big bath towel in the bedroom? I didn't pay attention at first. After taking a shower, I had to go to the bedroom to get the bath towel with wet feet. It was embarrassing. 4. Maybe there are not many guests. The breakfast seems to have a lot of varieties, but it is a bit flashy. The number of each variety is very small and the quality is very general. The experience is not worthy of this hardware condition.

The overall environment of the hotel is particularly comfortable! The lobby decoration is not fancy but very warm, with soft music, and it is very relaxing when checking in. The room was well lit, the curtains were opened and the furniture was neatly arranged, and there was no sense of clutter. The most unexpected thing is the sound insulation. I can't hear the outside sound when I close the door. I sleep very soundly at night. The corridor is also clean and tidy, there is no smell, and living in is as comfortable as in a temporary small home.
