太垃圾的地方，建議大家不要選，去了沒有親子房，直接騙我們説有一個小的親子房，其實換個雙人標間，説是床小一點，也沒有補還差價，啥服務沒有，以後再也不來，進去東西有個放衣服的，都是壞的還要按金抵扣賠償

停車位就幾個，很不好停車。沒有進出感應，進出都要手動抬桿，還磨磨唧唧。洗手間衞生紙少得可憐 牙刷簡直了，比刷鞋的都硬 。

在銀川住過的最無語的酒店。空調不夠涼這些都是小事，關鍵服務能力和服務態度拉低銀川形象。第一天住過之後，第二天在網上下訂單後，被前台告知網上價格寫錯了，不算，要求我取消訂單，在酒店按照加了幾十塊的價格重新辦理。因為懶得換酒店，我提出補差價就好了，被告知不行，必須要先自己取消。後經交涉同意。在開發票時，又告知我在攜程付的款酒店沒有收到那麼多，所以不能按照我付的款開票。交涉後，説他們和攜程協商。兩天了，未果。水平這麼差的酒店還是第一次遇到，發票問題更是作為攜程VIP的我第一次碰上。這家酒店絕不會再入住。
