Wonderful stay. It has all clean set up and good for family trip. All walkable distance and pretty close to the main train station. Recommended.

The location is amazing, tram and train stations nearby. The staffing was an issue, we waited for like 15mins for the front desk person to show up to check in- apparently she was the only person in duty. The dryer was malfunctioning and the exhaust hood was not doing a great job and we ended up with the oily smoky smell throughout the stay after first day of cooking.

We really liked this apartment hotel because of its close proximity to the places we had to go. Just a short walk to Southbank over the Yarra and a nice clean establishment.

Very nice place for staying. Locate in the city with free tram outside and easily to access to different sightseeing spots. The room is tidy and clean with comprehensive facilities. The staff are friendly and able to provide the necessary support.

Nice spacious rooms with in-room washer and dryer, as well as a kitchenette.
Location is pretty decent as the hotel is located at an intersection which serves North-South and East-West trams. Although its right next to Flinders Street, we did not experience any loud noises from the street or trams to disturb our sleep.
Only gripe was that the hotel only had 1 functioning elevator and it could take awhile during peak movement times.
Would definitely still recommend~
