The place is epic! The scenery is beyond beautiful it’s like a beautiful oil painting. The staff are professional and helpful they speak English well to help you and make sure you’re comfortable. Don’t miss the Spa for sure, you get a discount voucher with your booking so it will get deducted from your spa bill prices starts from 700 RMB, very professional and relaxing. There are so many activities to keep you busy. There is a complimentary photography and that was amazing my photographer was really talented and fast he understood what I want even tho we don’t speak the same language. The rooms are spacious clean and convenient. The mini bar is filled with options and they complement you with deserts and fruit all day long. The ladies who help in the restaurant. And Ethan the bar tender was very joyful too. 10/10 I enjoy on my stay the Tai Chi class the instructor speaks English well. I’m definitely coming back again!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, and the restaurant in the hotel had a taste of the local foods. A must visit for those looking to explore the scenery of China.

Travelled from Hong Kong via HSR with family. “DiDi”-ed from our urban Guilin hotel directly to Yangshuo Banyan tree with a comfortable 100 ish RMB ride, for the second part of our Guilin-Yangshuo journey. Great deal / value here ~2.5k hkd per night only. As someone who loves animals — the hotel pets were hard to say no to for me. Enjoyed feeding alpaca, viewing the peacocks, and playing with the ducks sooooo much. Eventually this is the main reason for me to pick this hotel over the other ones of similar price range 😁🦚🦚 Food I think was excellent. Freshly made Guilin Noodles with authentic crispy pork at the breakfast buffet was the highlight. Bai Yun restaurant’s local beer fish was memorable and special. Else all standard five stars — great location in the middle of the sensational yangshuo scenery. My favorite spot was where we could view the “Lucky Cat” shaped mountain from the river side of the resort 😺 —- best Feng Shui here! Good cultural taste 😁😁 Hope I’ll revisit here!

The hotel is too smelly with the hotpot attached to it making us no appetite all day whole day. At night it was horribly noisy with bar and pub around , Ppl are singing till 11pm and it is at a very noisy location. Do not recommend if you want to relax and recharge

Booking and Check-In I booked my stay at the Shixi Landscape Hotel in Yangshuo, Guilin, through Trip.com. The check-in process was very smooth and didn’t take long at all. One pleasant surprise was the option to upgrade our room for free, which we accepted. This upgraded room came with a lovely balcony. Although the staff couldn’t speak English, they were very friendly and helpful. Using a translation app made communication easy. Room Details We stayed in a standard double room with an upgrade to a balcony room. The room also featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Upon entering, the room was fairly clean, though there were some water stains on the floor and the carpet had a few dirty spots. The amenities were average, including a selection of soft drinks in the minibar and some snacks on the table. Despite these minor cleanliness issues, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Facilities and Services The hotel had a restaurant where we received a complimentary breakfast upgrade. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. While the Chinese food selection seemed okay, the international options were quite disappointing. The sausages were undercooked, the bacon was not good, and the cereal options looked and tasted stale. The only decent international option was toast with butter. It’s a relief we didn’t pay extra for it. Although I noticed the hotel had a spa, gym, and pool, I didn’t get a chance to use them. The pool looked nice but was small and shallow, not suitable for a serious swim. There was no room service available as far as I knew. Location and Accessibility The hotel’s location was fantastic, situated right next to the Li River and only a short 5-minute walk to the main shops and streets in the town. It was very easy to find and access, making it a convenient base for exploring Yangshuo. Customer Service The overall customer service was great. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we encountered no issues during our stay. Overall Experience The best part of our stay was the hotel’s prime location, which made it easy to visit tourist attractions. The hotel staff were also very helpful in arranging scooter rentals for a very reasonable price of ¥30 per day, which allowed us to explore the beautiful scenery around Yangshuo. However, there is room for improvement. The breakfast selection, particularly the international options, needs significant enhancement. Additionally, a thorough deep cleaning of the carpets would greatly improve the room’s cleanliness. In conclusion, while I would recommend the Shixi Landscape Hotel for its location and overall good service, it is on the pricier side for Yangshuo. Given the cost, I expected a bit more in terms of breakfast quality and room cleanliness. Nonetheless, it is a decent option for those looking to stay near the Li River and the town’s main attractions.

The hotel is very large, the location is super good, and the environment is very good. It is right by the Yulong River, next to the Gongnong Bridge, with green mountains and clear water. You can see bamboo rafts in the hotel. It is very pleasant to walk in the hotel. The breakfast is very rich, and the dinner in the Chinese restaurant is also very delicious. I really want to live here. The hotel service is also excellent. The service of Xiaocai and Xiaojiang, the staff at the front desk, is very good, and Xiaoting is also very attentive. The only drawback is that the bathroom has a bit of an offensive smell, and I hope it can be improved. In addition, I want to complain about Yangshuo’s traffic. There are too many people and traffic restrictions during the Spring Festival. The pier is a very long and difficult stone road to carry luggage, and there is no taxi from the pier to the hotel. It took 2-3 hours to get a taxi after walking a long way. It was simply devastating. But the beautiful scenery of the hotel still healed me. In short, I especially recommend it to everyone~

The staff at Lisa’s Hotel was super friendly and helpful with all our questions we had. they helped us planning a route we went on with bicycles we rent right at the hotel for the whole day. The staff was available on WeChat if we had any further questions or needed help. The hotel room was great. We slept like babies! Walking distance to the center of the city. Highly recommended from the couple from Germany :)

The service is warm, every employee treats guests with a smile, the room is clean, and there is free parking. It is close to West Street, only a 5-minute walk away, and it is not noisy and very quiet.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The decor is modern, fresh and extremely pleasant to the eye. The view of the hill and a small shrine opposite the hotel is amazing. The well-kept garden with the swimming pool is an additional bonus. The rooms and facilities are impeccably clean, fresh and attractive. The only niggle is that hotel is a bit far from the centre of Yangshuo and West Street. On the positive side, however, the hotel is a short walk away from the bus station and conveniently located for those who arriving by bus. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There are countless restaurants and food joints in the area surrounding the hotel. We found the hotel to be good value.

I chatted during my whole stay with the reception using WeChat. Thank you for your work ! They helped me with all my requests (boat reservation, sunrise watching at Xianggong, bike, advices, etc.) and I can't show them enough gratitude for the value they added to my stay.. I would like to mention they helped me book two sunrise watching tickets for two friends I made in Yangshuo. They were not staying at their hotel, but the reception organized everything and also contacted the others hotel reception and the driver to make sure my friends don't miss the bus. The breakfast is great (eggs, salad, milk rice?, tea, coffee, fruits, cakes, noodles) and the rooftop is really nice to take pictures with the mirrors and the scenery. You are 7 min away from West Street. Daily cleaning was going an awesome job. Also, you don't have to worry or pay for laundry : put it in the bag provided and enjoy Yangshuo. Magic (=amazing workers) will return your clothes washed. Bed was confortable. Bottle waters are provided as much as you need. Only bad points : I booked this hotel because of the pull-up bar and the dumbells, but they removed them. Only treadmill and bike left... You can find some pull-ups bars and dips bars at Yangshuo Park (15min). They help you with many things, but to order a taxi to the station , you have to pay them 120 yuan (but maybe I misunderstood WeChat translation).
