Service: Checked in during the off-season, the store upgraded the room type, and the customer service WeChat gave a lot of travel suggestions. The service was excellent.
Facilities: The public area was very comfortable, but every sofa in the suite I stayed in was very dirty and even damaged, so the sofa was basically not sat on, and the faucet was loose and leaking.
Environment: The location is very good, there are many places to eat around, and it is 500-800 meters walk from West Street. You don’t have to live too close to West Street to find some authentic food.
Overall: It is worth experiencing, but the hygiene situation makes me not come again. If the hotel is renovated in the future, I will highly recommend it.
