There is no high-end type or 4-diamond level at all. It is the worst experience among so many stays. The facilities, hygiene and environment are poor. The corridors are all uneven. The chairs in the room are broken and old. I told the front desk but they didn’t replace them. The glass door of the bathroom in the room is rusty and cannot be used normally. What’s even more infuriating is that when we first entered the hotel, they told us that the parking space was not available and there were no parking spaces. They took us to another parking lot far away and asked us to pay 50 yuan ourselves, which they did not reimburse. They said that if the parking lot was full, I had to park outside. At first, I accepted that I was going to be late, so I turned around to get a room and came out to eat, and I parked the car in that parking space. It is also 10 yuan more expensive than the booking instructions! Told the front desk and no explanation. You can directly call the Consumer Affairs Commission to complain!

The room is good, but the shower door has some problems

It was a bit sad. It was a hot day and I was soaked. I waited for a long time at the front desk before I got the room card. After going upstairs, I found that I couldn't open the door, so I had to run downstairs to the front desk again. Well, I stood at the door and waited for another 30 minutes before someone came to open the door. While the electrician was repairing the door, I discovered that the air conditioner remote control was also broken (it couldn't lower the temperature). There was no problem starting the machine, and when it displayed 29 degrees, I adjusted it down, but no matter how I pressed the button, there was no response. But I tried to raise the temperature, and it worked 😂 but it continued to heat up. It was even more bizarre at night. I wanted to take a shower but there was no electricity in the bathroom. No matter how hard I pressed, I couldn't turn on the lights or the exhaust fan. I'm really impressed by this store.
