The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Willing to introduce all the facilities to us and even in the room. They also have welcome drinks at their bar which was quite nice.
The amenties in the room is quite nice, very big and spacious. I would definately come back to stay here if i visit Guilin again.

A must go if you love relaxing and travelling. The food quality is spot on and the staff is so nice and helpful when you need help. A great place for little ones as well, with a ball pit and a water slide for them to enjoy! With great technology, there is an AI bot in the hotel room to help you to do things like open the curtain or turn off the lights, as well as telling you information about the place. It can even play music of your choice! A perfect place if looking for the best accomodation in town!

Both the hygiene and service attitude are great!!! The front desk lady will patiently answer questions. The room is large and clean. The most important thing is that the price-performance ratio is very high!!! And we booked a smart home, so we really don't have to do it ourselves.
