The hotel was brand new and very clean . However our holiday was spoiled because the aircon is turn down at night by the hotel and hence very warm. The breakfast was also quite bad.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very nice. There's a few weird things, like the bathroom not being enclosed and the toilet remote not always working or flushing properly, but overall a very nice, new hotel, in a great location, with very nice staff.

The location is adjacent to West Street, so close that you can get there. There are two restaurants within a few meters of the master chef's beer fish. The service staff is very professional and mainly helps you solve problems, such as the price difference, the clothes left behind, and the breakfast is handled perfectly. The only regret is that I didn't make it to the Yulong River bamboo raft, but the hotel's mountain view after the rain makes up for it perfectly, it's so beautiful! The sound of the toilet in the bathroom is also transmitted directly to the bedroom without any shelter. Imagine how noisy it is for four people. Third, the air conditioning temperature cannot be controlled. It was very cold on the first day of check-in. The air conditioner was set to 30 degrees, and the room temperature was only 11 degrees. Later, we turned off one air conditioner, but it was still very cold when we returned to the room after a day of play. I called the front desk and asked the engineering team to come up and see. The engineering team asked me to turn off the air conditioner. What should I do at night? Is the temperature only adjusted by turning off the air conditioner? It was so cold on the first day that my mother and I caught a cold. Fourth, the location of the sink was not well designed. When the water was turned on, it splashed directly onto the bedside table, and my phone and glasses were all wet. Later, I covered them with a towel. Fifth, the lobby was not air-conditioned on a 30-day day, and it was too hot to go in and out. Sixth, the hotel was put into operation in October last year, but it still has the taste of decoration. Of course, this hotel is not completely useless. There are also a few good points about it: First, the location is really good, West Street is very convenient, and it is very convenient to eat. Second, the attitude is very good, but they just apologized for the problems without making any improvements. Third, the laundry room is very useful.
